"Great Hotel"
My only complaint is the AC was too cold and the thermostat didn't work so we had to keep turning it on and off- so it was either way to cold or to hot. Besides- it's a beautiful hotel and great Staff!!!!!!

Great location...we will certainly return. The staff were helpful about the area and gave us good dining choices. The hotel was very nicely furnished and well maintained.

"Comfortable stay."
I enjoyed staying at the Haptons. Just wish I knew there was a $13.50 a day parking fee. I wasn'tmade aware. Also wish the area I stayed in was more exciting. Everything seemed closed. No people outside. But overall the Hamptons itself was a wonderful stay.

"Excellent Service"
Just needed a quick overnight stay so my family could catch the train to DC in the morning. We had a great evening walk. The hotel shuttle was not running in the early morning, so the hotel paid for our taxi to the Amtrak train station!

"A little surprise gem in Albany, old world charm"
We had chosen Morgan State house because it wasn't one of those side-of-the-interstate chains, and the images on the website looked like it hard the charm of yester-year. Some of the charm came from the quirky old world traditions such as real keys to doors and lots of old oak wood trim in the common areas. At first the number of keys and instructions were a bit daunting however the staff member who greeted us after office hours was first rate and made the whole experience begin on the right foot. Our check-in was in the Morgan State House proper at 393 State Street, however our lodgings were in the Washington Park at 399 State Street. We were assigned a room on the 9th Floor, the quality of bed and furniture were first rate; the bed was extremely comfortable, and we had an included kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, sink, stove top etc. The room was done in a beautiful soothing palette and co-ordinated colours. The bathroom was very adequate however a little old in style but for old home owners everything made sense. Breakfast time is a treat, we headed down the street to the main Inn and went into the kitchen/dining common area and set about organising our food- staff very friendly in helping pointing out everything ( a little DIY) and we sat outside in a wonderful back courtyard with tea/coffee, cereal, toast and fruit. Everything in the kitchen is at your disposal. Do consider asking about the parking lot. I will definitely stay here next time.

"A good room to sleep"
Hotel had everything I expected from hotel of its caliber. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, bathroom well maintained. My only two complaints are the lack of an iron and poor TV signal.

"Nice Hotel"
It was really nice for the price that I paid, when I booked the hotel they only had 1 smoking room so I requested to be switched to a non-smoking one instead if possible. When I checked in, the clerk was really nice and not only did she change the room, but upgraded it to one with a fridge and a microwave forno extra charge. The room had a slight moisty smell that faded away very uicly aftr I turned the A/C on. The room was neat and spotless. Comfortable double beds and the sheets, blankets and bespread were nice-looking if compared to some old ones that I've seen in other hotels for the same price. A continental breakfast is included but it's just the basic stuff so you might prefer to eat out instead. Still good.

"An unexpected gem"
We stayed here on route to New York City and found it an unexpected pleasure. The room was large, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, WiFi, etc. There is a lovely lobby with a fireplace. The breakfast was above average, with eggs, sausage and waffles as well as cold foods. We didn't use the pool, fitness center, or laundry facilities, but were impressed that they were there. The whole place gave the impression of being run by people who care about quality. Even the vending machines were state-of-the-art.The staff were friendly, and the price was right. In New York we stayed at a well-known hotel that cost 4 times as much and frankly, we had a better experience at the Comfort Inn. A couple of small criticisms: the heater was noisy (it did keep the room a comfortable temperature, though). The accessible room should have a desk chair that fits under the desk so the path to the bed remains clear. And -- my pet peeve about most hotel rooms -- there should be reading lamps on both sides of the bed.
