I have stayed here several times. I will always pay more for a clean, quiet hotel. The Sleep Inn delivers all that and more at a competitive rate. It's the only place I will stay in Marshall!
Clean, very quiet. Comfy bed! We will happily stay here again when visiting our grandson at college.
Only one suggestion: grab bars and non-slip footing in the tub/shower. We're both pretty mobile, but at our age we take the risk of a fall seriously. It was uncomfortable stepping into the shower with nothing to grab but the curtain.
Arrived onSaturday and they allowed me to check in a little early. Room was clean and comfortable. Wish tub had grab bar. Checked out Monday morning left a mesh bag with dirty laundry, called back,said they couldnt check. Told to call back Tuesday. I did told me they had rented room and couldnt check room and nothing had been turned in. Breakfast was terrific
I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. It is fairly new and clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. Close to Starbucks and restaurants. In room fridge. Fresh fruit with continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

Pre-paid for 2 rooms. We arrived and desk clerk said she had given our rooms we already had paid for to another guest and they were booked and wouldn’t even let us in the hotel. Desk clerk said didn’t know how to find Expedia on her computer to see about a refund. Expedia was contacted and the end result is that the hotel manager isn’t going to refund even after all he/she needed was for us to give him/her the front desk clerks name and even though we got her name Manager isn’t going to issue a refund. We have never experienced this before such horrible customer service with Sleep Inn and Expedia. They have charged my credit card for rooms we prepaid for and they would not let us in to stay in our rooms we paid for ahead of time! Shame on you Sleep Inn and Shame on you Expedia for stealing from your fellow human off of their hard earned monies!
