Too close to the airport to get an uber, and if your plane coming late you can’t get an airport shuttle. It’s very inconvenience.

Positives - staff was kind, the beds and linens were clean, the bedroom’s cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom was completely unacceptable. The toilet and sink were clean, but the shower was moldy and the floor was filthy. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Overall the hotel felt grimy.

The property was okay. However on arriving and calling as per instruction I was informed there was no airport shuttle as this only runs Monday to Friday. But after going to the hotel the shuttle was taking people back to the airport. The hotels restaurant also not open on weekends. It was clean and we felt safe but transportation was an issue.

I was there for a short stay between flight/train, and arrived quite late at night - the front desk staff was WONDERFUL and got me checked in, provided a bottle of water, made sure I knew what time to leave for the train station in the morning, etc. I really felt taken care of :-)

NO! NO! NO!
If you have a car and want a place to stay near the Marseille airport , this place is fine. BUT ... If you want a free shuttle to or from the airport any time other than between 7 and 10 AM STAY AWAY !!! I arrived in the evening at the airport - NO SHUTTLE. I had a 6: 50 AM flight - NO SHUTTLE. Total taxi fares to and from airport (because NO SHUTTLE) 50 euros !!! Hotel advertises 'free airport shuttle,' but that only operates 3 hours per day (with 2 hours notice). Stay at Ibus or Best Western if you want an airport shuttle. Will cost a bit more than this place but cheaper than having to pay for taxis.

Ok overall. New and updated. Room was nice but small. Same with bathroom. Tiny shower. Breakfast was okay. Wish they had gluten free options. Bought my own bread for breakfast. Staff was adequate. I should mention though to others to either have a car or call your own taxi. The taxi the hotel staff called for me was a total SCAMMER. Dropped me off at mall. Was supposed to pick up back up. Made me and my 2 infant children wait over 1 HOUR and then decided NOT to show. Taxis here won't take you short distances unless they are ILLEGITIMATE for the most part. Had to have mall security drive us back to hotel. Then when I wanted to go to airport, they called the SAME AWEFUL taxi driver who tried to charge me TRIPLE the price for a ride we never even took and then proceeded to SWEAR at me and my children when I refused to pay it. So please find other transportation!!

There was no lift, and we had to haul our bags (up to 25kgs) to our second floor room!!. We were NOT fully informed at the time of booking that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings!!.

Very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle from the Gare Vitrolles and to the airport was efficient. The buffet dinner is excellent.

We reserved a room in this hotel because it is conveniently located close to the airport and we had an early flight the next morning. The room was supposed to be a Nonsmoking room but when we checked in to the hotel and the room had strong smoke smell. We were told that they don't have other rooms available.

True airport hotel.
In an industrial area, not good for a stroll. Food in the restaurant was mediocre and the room was very cramped but for a place to crash overnight with a flight out the next morning it is fine. Phone calls require permission.

Concernant la situation géographique de notre hôtel;, comme son nom l'indique, nous sommes un hôtel près d'un aéroport en zone industrielle. Il n'est pas indiqué qu'il est possible de se promener à pieds à proximité. Pour les appels téléphoniques vers l'extérieur, il convient effectivement d'en faire la demande auprès de notre réception. Bad night, no help.
The air conditioning was broken building wide, but the desk clerks acted like it was just our room. They played with the controls and told us they would come back to check. They never did! We moved to new rooms twice (three rooms total), and each one was worse. It wasn't until I talked to the manager the next morning that I found out that no rooms had A/C. The hotel is in a light industrial area, which would not have been too bad if we could have kept the window closed. With no A/C we needed it open to avoid suffocation, so it was very noisy. We were given a non-smoking room, but the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. It was thick! We needed a good night's rest, and didn't get it.

Nice hotel close to Marseille airport
Very nice, friendly hotel staff. Clean room, with very comfortable bed and modern furniture. Excellent food (enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel). Reliable airport shuttle service.

Least expensive hotel near the airport.
The accommodations were fine. Small room and small private bath with VERY small shower. Good continental breakfast. CAREFUL - while they have shuttle service, you MUST call. They pick you up at the "Hall 3/4" stop.
