“definitely use again”

Situated 5 min taxi ride from city centre. Taxis are very cheap but you have to haggle.Friendly staff. Exrtremely helpful. Our flight was leaving late afternoon extended our check out time by 3 hours. Excellent breakfast and service.

“Chic Boutique Hotel”

Really nice boutique-hotel in Marrakech. Internet speed was good. Nice chic design. Good Bar (Brasserie) with an excellent salmon sandwich. Good price overall. Within an OK neighborhood. In between two avenues but still relatively quiet. Great open bar on the roof. I will entirely recommend it . Close to the main market plaza.

“Definitely Recommend this hotel, great service and quality, friendly staff.”

Great staff, very helpful. Doorman helped us get a taxi to the old city and also to the airport and negotiated a good price for us. Spa is nice. Food is great quality and value. Reception were helpful and friendly. The only thing is the outside noise of cars honking and we could still hear it even the balcony door is shut and in the morning we could hear the tables being moved to prepare for breakfast as we stayed on the 5th floor, one floor down from the restaurant. Apart from that, everything was excellent! Housekeeping also very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

“Great Hotel”

Boutique hotel, with courteous personnel, rooms were great, all rooms have balconies with sitting area, rooms very comfortable as well as the bathroom. The roof top pool looked so nice but did not have a chance to go in, there are so many things to do in Marrakech. The roof top bar great for drinks at sun down and at night. The only thing this hotel is missing is a Business Center.

“hôtel renaissance marrakech”

Hôtel récemment rénové, très propre, calme, avec un personnel efficace et discret. Le bus 19 qui vient de l'éroport passe devant l'hôtel. Excellent petit déjeuner, buffet et plats chauds à la demande, dans une salle très agréable au sommet de l'immeuble. hôtel situé à 4 km environ de la place djemaa el fna. Une promenade est donc nécessaire pour y aller et revenir. Cela peut être une difficulté pour des personnnes à mobilité réduite, mais sinon le parcours n'est pas désagréable (quartiers sans problèmes). Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l'hôtel est vivant sans être bruyant et dispose de tous les commerces. Il existe un hammam payant au 2ème sous sol, mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. La piscine annoncée , non couverte, se trouve sur le toit de l'immeuble. Elle est utilisable pour "faire trempette", sans plus, car elle est petite et sert surtout d'abreuvoir aux pigeons. Spectacle sympathique. Cet hôtel est un excellent lieu de séjour.

“Hôtel La Renaissance : Marrakech”

septembre 2010 : 4 jours L'accueil est discret et efficace, le personnel poli, souriant et à l'écoute. les chambres sont décorées avec goût et le ménage est impeccable. les serviettes de toilette sont changés deux fois par jour. Wifi dans l'hôtel pour les accros ! la piscine sur le toit de l'hôtel est un vrai havre de paix ou des serviettes sont à disposition. je recommande de dîner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine éclairée, c'est très romantique .... la place Djemaa el Fna se situe à 20 min à pied ou - de 10 min en taxi (négocier la course avant de monter dans le taxi). bon séjour !

“HOTEL VRAIMENT TRES CLEAN”

J'ai passé un trés agréable séjour dans cet hôtel avec un accueil aimable et efficace.La salle de petit déjeuner est super, au 6eme etage, plein soleil avec vue sur Marrakech de quoi bien commencer la journée avec un petit déjeuner trés copieux et varié.Le ménage était fait 2 fois par jour.L'hôtel et la chambre sont trés "clean" avec même une musique de fonds dans le hall.Le lit trés moelleux et la salle de bains sublime.Le point faible est sa situation à l'angle d'un carrefour important du Gueliz donc trés bruyant la fenêtre ouverte et en sortant.La médina est à 30 minutes à pied mais le bus et le taxi s'arrêtent en face.C'est un trés bon hôtel citadin.
