This is an older place that they are refurbishing well they are accepting clients. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have an included Continental breakfast which was okay. Room was warm but floor sloped down noticeably.

They had lots of problems getting key cards to work in the door. Bathroom light and fab didn't work. There was lots of black mold on the walls and ceiling in the shower.

Arrived quite early. Staff volunteered to take our luggage to the room when it became available. We returned from an event around 10pm to the luggage in place in the room. When departing the same gentleman pushed our luggage cart to the car and loaded the car for us. Very impressive!

There were pipes moaning off and on all night. Walls were very thin so could hear other guests. Without carpet in room there no deadening of guests above us. Orange juice bore no resemblance in taste to orange juice. Was not worth the money we paid

This looked like a motel that had a wall built around it. The paint was peeling, a poor job on repairs (it looked like wood was put on older wood, rather than actual repair), bathroom caulking was amateurish. The desk person didn't explain where breakfast was (and it only goes from 7-9 am) or that ther was a pool. Cleaning products were all lined up in a hallway. Step from parking lot to door was broken and steep.

America’s Best Value Inn in Marquette is conveniently located right at the intersection of Hwy 28 and 41. There’s a McDonald’s across the Hwy/street, plenty of parking and friendly staff. Very good value for money in these inflationary times.

Great staff, icky room.
The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Room was severely dated with interrogation room lights and mercilessly disgusting carpets. The place needs to be gutted and modernized or just bulldoze and start over. Other hotels could take customer care lessons from the staff, can't say enough nice about them.

This place was gross, but made it work.
My girlfriend and I were looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay at in Marquette. We came across Americas best value inn and the price was similar to others around town so we booked it. What a dump. The hotel didn’t have enough parking for all their tenants, so we had to park on a grass hill, the room was TINY, good thing it was only two of us, I walked in and shut the door. Instantly, a piece of trim falls off the wall. I put it back on. That night as we lay in bed, I bump the headboard with my head as I sat up and the WHILE THING fell down, it was literally hung on the wall with a piece of v-bar on a strip of wood. The bathroom was disgusting and had been recently redone apparently by Helen Keller as it looked SO BAD. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, a few gas station type muffins and a loaf of bread with peanut butter next to it. Long story short, I’ll never stay here again and I’m probably the least picky person ever to stay in their hotel. It was gross, and had constant dogs barking as they allowed pets… spend the extra $40-$50 a night and stay somewhere that actually cares.

Clean & Comfy. Breakfast was super minimal. Pool area was decent. Staff was wonderful! No frills, but very inexpensive. Room was large, beds were comfortable.

This property is badly site up: room are more like a one night truck stop rather than a family. It is cobbled together and could be cleaned better. Lot is a mess and not any real breakfast. I did know anything about this property and was not impressed!!

Being a small(er) hotel, our staff often wear a few different hats that require us to leave the front desk. Great little, basic hotel for the money. If you're looking for high-dollar big name accommodations this isn't the place for you. BUT, if you want a nice, clean, affordable place to rest for the night I definitely recommend this property in Marquette. Great staff, very clean, and quiet, comfortable nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Marquette.

The room was sold as a queen. It was a double bed, the desk lied and said it was a queen when i asked about it. The door on the room looked like it came from a dump with a huge crack in it. No electronic key, the staff appeared to come from a Goth convention. Check in was at 4 which is usually 3 at most other hotels. The room was clean and thank goodness no carpet with vinyl flooring. I would never stay there again.

I am sorry that you think I lied to you about the size of the bed in your room, really I did not, it is a queen even verified the tag after seeing your review. A goth convention seems a bit judgemental, but yes our staff is allowed to be themselves, whether that be colored hair, tattoos or however they want to express themselves.. as long as they are in the required work attire and have nothing offensive to guests, its encouraged to be themselves. Thank you for staying and we hope you enjoyed the Ore to Shore bike race.

Both Hotel and Expedia are both false advertising! No working pool! Walked into the hotel stale popcorn everywhere. The front desk lady was unbelievably way under dressed. Leaving everything to hangout. This place is maintained worse than the local animal shelter.

Lousy stay!!!
My stay was terrible- I checked in and didn’t know their indoor pool was closed-I didn’t read/understand the mice type on the write up regarding the motel. The air conditioner worked poorly the 1st day and died sometime during our second day. We came back tired and hot and the room smelled of burnt electrical wiring. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor- no elevator- ahi!!!! Ripped carpeting in the second room

There was no pool available, the rooms weren’t as they were shown in the photos, and the food was sparse and stale. I checked in and the lady at the front desk was rude. They gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned and still had shoe boxes and trash from McDonalds all over in it. I was given another room that had holes in the wall and definitely needed some attention to it. The window was by the beds and looked out into the hallway so I had no privacy. The door also had no lock to it other than the room key.
