Nous avons loué un T3 et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la grandeur du petit apparte hotel, 2 grandes chambres avec grand lit dont un de trois places, une salle de bain avec toilette, et o premier étage, ya des toilettes, le salon et cuisine sont grand avec un canapé dépliant et une cuisine tout équipée ( machine a laver, plaque, micro onde, frigo congèle, lave vaisselle). le salon est équipé dune table avec chaise. C'est tres spatieux. Il y a une grande terasse. Il y a des rangement partout et des placards intégrés dans les chambres. Il est bien situé, il est à 15 minute de disney en voiture et 15 min de la tour eiffel. Quartier tranquille, tres calme. Je recommande vivement. Il y a un bon rapport qualité prix....

Super séjour! La proprété de l'hotel est correct. L'appartement spacieux avec 3 chambres dont une avec salle de bain provative, un jardin.... En plus, le metro était à 3 min à pied Par contre, j'ai reçu le code du coffre fort par mail, pour pouvoir récupérer ma clé, mais ils se sont trompé dans un chiffre, du coup, j'ai attendu une demie heure qu'une autre personne entre pour chercher sa clé et me donne le bon code.

Hôtel un peu difficile à trouver. Appartement très bien agencé pour 6 personne : 3 chambres dont une avec douche , frigo, lave linge...Linge de toilette et draps propres. A recommander

L'accueil était parfait avec une hôtesse disponible et souriante. L'appartement est très spacieux, propre. Les chambres confortables dont une avec salle de bain privative (nous avons apprécié la présence de 2 salles de bain). La cuisine est équipée correctement et le frigo était branché à notre arrivée. Petit plus, nous avions un jardinet à disposition devant l'appartement avec table pour manger dehors. L'environnement est calme et l'extérieur bien fleuri. L'appartement est bien insonorisé puisque fenête fermée nous entendions à peine le RER qui se trouve à proximité. Séjour parfait à proximité de toutes commodités (métro,boulangerie, supermarché...). Rien à dire et à recommander.

“What a fantastic hotel”

when i first search a hotel at arround paris i checked expedia. when i see the price i could believe. i found it really affordable. Then i read some reviews opinion and i was concerned by some opinions. but when I first visit the hotel I found the hotle is clean, our rooms was fantastic the kitchen is really clean with all neccessary equipments. the other good thing is the location to go to central paris and for shopping. I extreamly recomend this hotel for everyone. it is Luxury Hotel if you are a millionair, but for other people it is 100% recommended. Me my family and our friends love the hotel.

“The Key To Saving Money In Paris Is This Hotel!!”

This hotel was (in my opinion) one of the best places to stay when visiting Paris. It is equipped with a kitchenette which is a HUGE necessity when visiting Paris on a budget. We saved SO much money by cooking meals at our hotel! We could not have asked for a better location either. The grocery store was about a 2 minute walk from the hotel, and the RER station was only 2-3 blocks away. It was awesome!!! Of course, staying out in the Bry Sur Marne area means it will take longer to get from the hotel, to a site, and back again, but since we saved hundreds of dollars on meals, we didn't complain about this at all. The rooms were very modern and clean when we arrived. We only stayed for 7 nights and the only downside was that our room was not given any type of maid service during this time. We were responsible for dishes, sweeping, and garbages. (including putting garbage bags in the cans) I think they would wash towels for you if you stayed longer than 7 nights, but I'm not 100% sure. Also, we requested a non-smoking room and I'm not sure they have such a thing there since our room constantly stunk of cigarette smoke.

Mid way between centre of Paris and Disneyland so convenient for both. Located genuine 5 miute slow walk from station and shops big comfortable apartment, was perfect for the adults and space for the children aged 5 and 3

“Fine, but dont buy the wifi pass”

You must remember you are renting an apartment. Need to use the RER train not the Metro which many may find expensive. Veronique on reception very helpful. RER trains frequent and convenient. My one quibble is that I paid 12 euro for the use of the wifi for a week with "wifipass". I only got 30 minutes use. I was not the only dissatisfied customer of this company. Their stunts of extracting money are those that existed in the UK & US 30 years ago. Shameful. Owners of City Residences need to speak to wifipass.

proche de l'autoroute, grand, équipement convenable (un peu juste en ustensiles et et couverts cependant). pas de climatisation.

Résidence hôtelière agréable. Mais trop loin du centre ville de Paris.
