Bruyant comme un hall de gare
Hotel très bruyant de part la clientèle et aussi par la circulation extérieure proche de la route, l'insonorisation est a revoir et l'efficacité de l'ascenseur aussi, il est en plus sou-dimensionner pour gérer le flux de client,, petit déjeuner très décevant avec un choix limité car pas réapprovisionné, bref pas pour moi .

Zimmer sind schön, passt zu B&B…leider sehr dürftiges Frühstück, nicht appetitlich präsentiert, immer haben entweder Tassen oder Brötchen gefehlt, und das schon vor 9h, das Frühstück wird bis 10h geboten…das Personal an der Rezeption ist gleichzeitig auch für das Wegräumen des Geschirrs zuständig…das kann nicht funktionieren. Außer der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter war niemand an den Gästen interessiert…einfaches “hallo” wäre schon genug… Wenn man das Zimmer mit Rabatt als Schnäppchen bekommt, dann ist es durchaus ok, ansonsten zu teuer.

Good day,The breakfast is available from 7am until 10am. Usually we open it even before. I am confident to say that all our staff are extremly friendly and guest oriented, therefore we focus on our guests and their wellbeing. So i do not really understand where were you missed in us not being guest focused. We are here to work as a team and everyone is doing everything. Even myself i help on the breakfasts and the washing area. It is a team work which makes the dream work.Thank you again and wishing you all the very best in the future.

Alles war in Ordnung. Der Speiseraum ist sehr nüchtern aber es war alles vorhanden was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht. Im Zimmer gab es nur wenig Ablage-Möglichkeit für seine Sachen. Da wir nur wenig Gepäck hatten war das aber kein Problem. Leider war es in der Nacht einmal sehr laut, was aber am Benehmen der Gäste lag.

Das Hotel, die Zimmer und die Lage waren top. Das Frühstück war dagegen nicht überzeugend. Mal fehlten Brötchen, mal war der Käse alle. Es wurde erst mit Verzögerung aufgefüllt. Der Saft ging gar nicht. Das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen, aber ohne Frühstück.

Great location
Our stay was excellent and what we expected. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room has everything we need. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi is good. Breakfast is offered for a fee. The location is great and everything is in walking distance. I recommend this hotel.

We loved our short stay at this hotel right in the middle of all the tourist spots. Maribor is fairly small town and this property near the main plazas in town made it easy to visit all the spots needed to be seen. Nicky the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. She took the time to give us recommendations on where to eat and what to visit.

The room design tries so hard to be minimalistic, that a non functioning space results. 4 hooks on the wall. A few hangers. No drawers. 1 chair. 2 nightstands (?) the size of a book are 10 inches above the floor. A bare bulb plug-in lamp. The bathroom is very small, with not a single hook or towel rack. The shower seems to be okay until you step in, and then the water begins to spray the floor area outside of the shower. I do not know how TWO people would use this room. The staff was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

There were some issues, one partially, but reasonably resolved, the 2nd was not. I decided it was best to leave one day early. I contacted the Manager and he told me that his head office had agreed to refund my unused day. I have 2 emails where he stated clearly that his would happen. He was dishonest and this did not happen. If there are no issues, you will probably find the facility reasonably comfortable, but if there is issues my experience is that the Manager will flat out lie to you.
One other issue is that when you contact a property through Expedia, they typically will not respond. If that had happened, I could have cancelled the booking for something that met my needs and avoided writing a poor review.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt an einer großen Straße, aber im Zimmer ist es trotzdem schön ruhig, da die Fenster gut schließen. Leider war die Dusche so konstruiert, dass das ganze Bad überschwemmt wird. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuß durch die Innenstadt bummeln. Es ist schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Aber eine Straße weiter Richtung Polizei kann man am Wochenende kostenlos parken.

Great location for the hotel, right at the center of Maribor: 5 mins walk from train station and bus station and everything can be covered in walking distance and easy access to public bus. Breakfast buffet is great with many choices. Hotel staff is very friendly and great hospitality from them. Rooms is also good, just that some minor painting and repairing issue observed. Bathroom is great and good cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, I had a fantastic experience

Die Lage war super, Preis Leistung ok, Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe- gottseidank über‘s Wochenende kostenfrei 1 Bettlampe war defekt- muss repaiert werden, Wasserhahn im Bad wies massive Kalkflecken auf und wirkte nicht gut! Wenn am Morgen die Betten gemacht werden, dann auch grob durchreinigen ( kehren und das Waschbecken putzen)!!!!! Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und absolut in Ordnung, Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich

Nice and very clean hotel, triple rooms are a bit small for 3 persons, wifi coverage very low on 6th floor. The location is great, walking distance to the centre.

Nice modern tight room. Nothing outstanding but a good choice if in Maribor. The hotel has no parking. I was told I could park for free in the lot across street given it was the weekend. Not sure of the cost if during the week. Breakfast is an add on - just ok.

Desde a recepção percebi pouca disponibilidade para o atendimento. Quarto pequeno, cama desconfortável e um único travesseiro super fino que nem parecia travesseiro. Pior foi no café da manhã, tinha uma multidão de pessoas, muitas mesmo, uma única mesa para servir formando filas enormes, falta de reposição, gerando até discussões por conta da falta de talhares, xícaras e copos.
