“Great value”
This hotel was a great find. You can't beat the price or the value. The staff was very attentive and the rooms where clean. Thank you LivINN Staff!!
“Couldnt believe how good it was for the price”
This hotel was a good clean and friendly. very pleased with everything overall. It isnt anything fancy just a basic hotel thats has extremely reasonable price. and theres a nice lake to look at within walking distance.

The staff and management were friendly and gave me excellent service just what you would expect from the big named hotels/motels. I will return as it was convenient for me to get around the twin cities even with the winter weather we had while I was there.

“Nice, weird area”
The hotel itself was pretty nice, the area was a little weird though. We were outside smoking and were approached by an odd woman who asked for a cigarette and then as people were walking out of the hotel she quickly stuck her foot in the door, so obviously she wasn't supposed to be there. And there were books about finding God in our room, which I thought was really weird. The room and lobby were nice though, and it's by a (small) lake.
“An Excellent Bargain”
We were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the room. Since the price was about half what we would have had to pay elsewhere, I was a little bit apprehensive. The room was every bit as nice as rooms at other hotels nearby we have previously stayed in. Every request we made was met with a friendly, positive response. Being therre for 6 days, we did not need the room serviced every day and told them this. When we did ask that it be serviced, it was done right away and done cheerfully and well. We liked each of the staff very much and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Obviously, for this price it is not the most luxurious, but being on the road full time for more than 2 years we have many times paid much more for much less. This is an excellent bargain.

It was a great choice of hotel for the price and service. I thought the front desk staff Dereck and Melissa were great and very helpful. I stay in St. Paul a few times a year and will stay at the livinn again.

I requested a non smoking room in the 4th floor. They gave me the room it was clean and the heat worked perfectly. The parking lot needs more lighting. It is good for the price.
