“Will return...this is a very nice hotel.”
Wonderful service from friendly, helpful staff. This is the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Plus high end Neutrogena toiletries in the bathroom. Free Starbucks coffee, tea, cocoa, cookies,and fruit available in the lobby 24 hours a day.
“Sweet Place to Stay!”
We were very impressed with each aspect of our stay here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the hotel employees, more than happy to help with everything! Will DEFINITELY stay here for our next visit!

I love returning to this hotel because it's always a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Clean rooms; helpful, friendly staff; good food; great location. Just wish that the pool water was a couple of degrees WARMER.

I wish that the room has a safe, it would more convenient for traveler. If the safe is big enough to accommodate the laptop, it would be great.

See above review: EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECTS: from the wonderful staff (especially Jess and Laura at the front desk); to the comfort of the rooms, the lobby and pool area are beautiful. The breakfast meals are fresh and delicious and the staff is wonderful. Nothing but positive comments during our (8) day stay.

Microware, fridge, and free wireless in the rooms. They brew a good pot of Starbucks in the lobby at all times, and the restaurant food was good. A CVS pharmacy is just a stones trow from the hotel, just in case you forget anything. And it's close to 494, so it's easy to access and a quick trip to most locations in Minneapolis.
“Convenient and clean!”
We are locals and stayed here for a few days while we were closing on our home. Very convenient to Maple grove, Shoppes at Arbor Lakes (trendy new shoppping area), and only 20 minutes or less from Mall of America. Right off interstate. Fresh baked cookies all day at the front desk--delicious! Restaurant in the hotel has reasonable "quick" breakfast, nothing extraordinary. Avoid it for dinner--menu was limited and there was only one person to wait on all the tables, so service was bad.
“Top Notch”
I stay with my Mother for 2 nights and we were both very pleased. The only problem was it seemed as though they could have insulated the bathrooms of noise better. The over all stay was very good and would definitely stay again if needed.
