"Nice place for the money"
Overall this is a nice hotel. The room was awesome - we were very near the top of the resort, but everything is WHITE! Personally I like a little of the color that most of Mexico is known for. Also, our room didn't have a mirror except in the bathroom & a closet door mirror. One could use another mirror in the room so two people could get ready at once. There are very few English options on TV; however, you can ALWAYS watch the movie "10" - it is on 24/7. It wouldn't hurt to play a few more English language movies & tv shows. The majority of the visitors here are Hispanic so I was definitely in the minority - but you can usually find a staff member that speaks english, my husband is Mexican so I made him do the talking, but I would have been ok. I wouldn't recommend the all inclusive option. Most of the food was OK but not great. Only 1 restaurant open for each meal & it was always a variation of the same food. The "snack bar" by the pool was not good at all. And if you go all inclusive for the drinks - forget it. I am a lightweight when it comes to alcohol & even after 2 or 3 I didn't feel it. The house beer is not good at all. I would recommend Las Hadas as a continental resort.

"Three weeks at Tesoro"
Staff were wonderful, especially Jairo who worked on the beach and by pool. High marks to all staff. Food was good but after 3 weeks seemed a bit redundant but we expected that. Theme restaurants were very good and service was great. The front desk was responsive when we requested help with something and they spoke good English which was helpful. Shows were fun and staff worked very hard to keep guests entertained. We had a few days of very heavy rain......it would have been nice to have the hotel show some adult movies and not just an occasional child's movie.

"All Good but need improvement on Internet service"
I liked everything about the hotel except they had terrible internet service. If they improve on the internet connection, I would go back to stay with them anytime but if not, I will have to find another hotel...

"A gem of a place !!"
This place was amazing for so many reasons. Start with the local which was very secluded and about a 45 minute drive from the Manzanillo Airport, but once you got there you felt like you had stepped into the Garden of Eden literally. The staff made us feel like royalty as we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and chilled towel at check-in. Korina and Victor really made our stay awesome ! The food was a treat everyday, almost too beautiful to eat. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and unique at every turn. Even more amazing Hurricane Carlos was headed straight at us when we arrived, but they still went out of their way to accommodate us so our vacation wouldn't be a lost one. One of my best vacations ever !!

"Affordable hotel with beautiful terrace views"
We stayed at the Dolphin Cove for the weekend and had a very nice experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the views from our terrace were gorgeous. The hotel is right in front of the beach, where we went snorkeling and saw lots of different fish. The beds weren't super conformable and it was a bit noisy in the evening, but it was a great value for the price we paid, which included a decent breakfast buffet.
