No one home
Booked on expedia. Arrived at 5pm with my wife and daughter, no hotel personnel present, and none seen until 0900 the next morning. Another guest, who had to jump a wall to get his room unlocked (as there were no hotel employees present to assist him) showed us the available rooms including rodent feces. It was dark, and we were exhausted by the time we figured all of this out. So we just crashed, tried to sleep with animals walking/crawling on the floor above us, and left as soon as we could in the morning after informing the employee that we had no intention of paying for a dirty room with no service.

The room is part of a basic, rustic cabin. It is simple, pleasant set up. We enjoyed he hammocks on the patio outside the room. Downstairs rooms have kitchens, upstairs do not. Nice setting in the plants and trees. It is 1 mile to Manzanillo beach and village, easy to get to with a car. We enjoyed our stay very much.

DO NOT STAY In this place!!!!
Worst experience of my life. Let me break it down for you 1-waited 2 hours to check in since the "owner" was out surfing 2-when they arrived acted like nothing was wrong and were extremely rude 3-no one not even the owner knew the password for the wifi 4-extremely dirty 5-no privacy 6-extremely dark. For some reason they don't seem to like lights! You can't barely see the stairs I can keep on going on and on on reason why you should stay in this place. Been traveling for 15 years and I have NEVER stayed in a place as bad as this. A hostel is wayyyyy much better compare to this place. You honestly feel like you are going to get murder in this place. Very sad Expedia allow this place to post on their website. It should be taken down.

Rustic experience
We arrived at this bed and breakfast and were really excited for a rustic experience. That is definitely what we got. Rooms were comfortable, loved the shower. The pack Of Dogs that run around the property were probably one of my favorite parts of this place. Owner was very helpful when he was asked for anything. I do feel though that the staff is very very laid back, so much so there were moments you didn't feel entirely taken care of. This is a bed and breakfast, however, if breakfast was actually Included that would have been AmaZing. This was never even offered to us. They also never offered to Make us drinks or anything, we would have actually gotten something if they did. Those little things make a huge difference in someone feeling at home and comfortable. If this bed and breakfast would consider doing this, it would be a way to Increase profit for sure considering if you do not have a rental car, you are waiting for the bus and get very hungry!!We would have definitely Gotten multiple drinks and food. But All in all - good experience.

Like in a tree house
This eco-touristic lodge gives you an experience similar to sleeping in a tree house. The use of local material makes it very rustic and ecological. The rooms do not have closed windows therefore some insects may come in. They provide mosquito nets and rooms are pretty clean. The staff and owners are very supportive and informative. They are currently expanding the lodge and improving the current spaces.
