“Very very pleased.”
Had originally planned to stay and pay for 3 nights but because of a most helpful and plesant staff stayed there for 5 nights.
“Very Nice Hotel - Mansfield”
We had 3 rooms (all were great). Everyone enjoyed the pool. Nice exercise equipment.
“Glad we made a mistake..”
We picked this hotel by mistake. We were trying to stay closer to home, as we were having work done on our bathroom, in case there were any questions. We picked this hotel without knowing what hotel and area we were going to be in, on a special deal, from Expedia. Boy are we glad we did. Upon arriving we asked to have a King size room instead of the 2 queens were we originially given. Rhonda , at the desk, was a great help, getting the room. Judy, on 2nd shift, was a great help, in extending our stay, after we found out we were going to need to stay, an extra night. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. From waffles, eggs, bacon, and potatoes, to hot and cold cereal, muffins and danish. We would stay here anytime, and if this is an excample, of the chain's,other hotels, we would be glad to stay, in any of them
“Clean, friendly place to stay - pleasantly surprised!”
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in June, 2009 and we were pleasantly surprised with how clean it was, how friendly the staff were and how many amenities were provided to guests. Not only is there a very full breakfast each morning, but there are snacks (granola bars, muffins, cookies, etc.) and drinks available all day long for guests via self service in their common room. What a nice way to make guests feel at home! Overall, a great experience!!
“Clean & Comfortable”
The mansfield Country Inn & Suites is in an excellent location, the staff was friendly and helful, and the room clean and comfortable.
“will stay there again”
Only problem we had was not internet access. When we checked in we were told they were having problems getting access and that we could use a nearby restaurants. However, that did not work out and when we did get connected it was too slow. Other than that little problem, everything else was great.
“good value for your money”
We stayed here for one night only. We did not use the pool, other than that all services were close to describtion - except my husband did not find the bed very comfortable - one of the queen beds had 'plastic' on the mattress? When we arrived the staff member behind the desk was not the friendliest - she seemed to be inconvienced by our arrival - not very welcoming? The breakfast was really a pleasant surprise, and the lady who was looking after the breakfast was more than pleasant! The gym is not 'great' - but more than adaquate - bike, tread, and elliptcal - also, a little 'bow-flex'. The location is next to shopping - which we found out was really some of the only activities available - we tried the 'Shaw Shank Revival' trail - yeah not so great - the only place we wanted to see was not open - the prison - apparently the hours are not was is advertised on the net - so call before? So, overall - great value for your dollars - if you can sleep in the beds.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was a huge hit. Location is great; close to many stores and the freeway!
“Comfortable and Pleasant”
Nice hotel, nice staff and even though room internet was down during my 2 day visit, I was given full access to the breakfast room to do my work.
“Adequate but in need of renovation.”
This motel is in need of a renovation. The carpets were old and dirty. When I walked around the room in my flip flops and went into the bathroom there were black marks on the tile floor, even though I had washed off the bottoms. This happened repeatedly. The mattresses showed their age. My back ached in the mornings when I got up. I'm not sure about the heating/cooling units. It seemed like the air in the room was dry and dusty. The TV did not show the channels so I was difficult to navigate on the set. It was nice to have the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The pool was unavailable to us. It needed cleaning. The computer that was available to customers worked fine but there was no current internet security program installed. The availability of a laundry was very convenient. Overall, the motel was adequate but I do think they need to start renovating if they want to continue charging what they do.
