Definitely call the property ahead of time! I booked a king suite with a jetted tub. First, Expedia says check in time is anytime after 3 however, according to the property, check in time is 3-6 so if you need to check in after that let them know! Second, I booked a jetted tub however, when I got there they advised the jetted tub suites were being worked on and weren't available and their pool was also closed to maintenance. I don't blame the property at all because Bre was super helpful and I got refunded however, Expedia should do a better job outlining what's available and what's not! Luckily I was able to book elsewhere but definitely call the property prior to booking!

The room i stayed in smelled like urine. It was close to the lobby and it was loud. walls are thin person above was walking around thumping a lot. I had complained about the noise and was told they had no other rooms with 2 beds. Expedia website advised differently. expedia reservation didnt show in there system. I wouldn't use expedia when booking with this hotel they advise me it happens a lot. I dont know about other rooms but absolutely do not stay in any that are close to the lobby with out asking about noise and turning on the vent to see if it smells like urine.

Upon arriving at the property i booked because there was a hot tub on site, come to find out the hot tub was out of service. Secondly walked in the foyer area to get to our room and it smelled like a literal bathroom. Lucky i booked a different stay for the night not long away. Def wont be back here..

The staff at this property was exceptional. We were travelling with another family for a group event. Jill was so accommodating, allowing us to play cards in the common area, have our pizza, and socialize with other families. The pool was also just the right temperature and not crowded. We enjoyed our stay because of the wonderful hospitality we received. The property is older and could use some updating but it was clean and served our needs. Both Jill and Milo were great - they represent what hospitality is supposed to be.

Jill at the front desk was such a nice girl! She was very helpful with directions and suggested several wonderful options for sight seeing during our trip to Mansfield. Breakfast was great, really good coffee too. We enjoyed our stay at your hotel.

This property has no elevator. This should be in the description! We were given a room on the 2nd floor. The woman at check in was able to change us to first floor. This would have been a disaster. If she had not been able to change room. The room on first floor needed remodeled.

After a great experience at BW last week, this was disappointing. Although clean, general condition was meh, with lamps not working, strange room configuration with sink in room entry opposite the rest of bathroom…..a step down from our last BW experience.

The hotel is in dire need of updating and upgrading. Our bathroom sink was cracked, the bathroom door drug on the floor making it difficult to open and close. The shower curtain was very old, with ragged bottom edge. Breakfast was very disappointing with self serve breakfast sandwiches/oatmeal and granola bars.

The breakfast bar was less than appealing, the vending machines did not work, and on one morning there were people waiting to check out but the front desk staff had not come in yet and the overnight staff left anyway.

The first couple nights were great...the night desk worker was super helpful when our daughter got sick at 1 am...gave us all clean linen for the bed... housekeeping was great the first couple days...upon sign in I requested for clean towels daily and trash to be emptied daily...after the second day our room was bypassed two days in a row...I had to get clean towels late at night when we returned to our room...the pool was closed until the day we checked out...the vending machine was out of order...the breakfast selection was very minimal...there were no loud noises at night...which was nice...close to Walmart and restaurants...

I have stayed here many times. It is clean. The pool and hot tub were out of service. Bummer. The hot tub is what sets this place in higher standing. Breakfast was blah for the price of the stay. Staff was ok. Lots of restaurants and stores close. Thats a plus. Convenient acess to I-71.

Way too pricey for the condition and service. Should have been about half the price that was charged. It was hard to catch someone at the desk. The sink was cracked in our room. Everything was old looking. No buffet breakfast like was stated online. Just was not worth the price.

Way Overpriced for a 1 nite stay
We ended up leaving the day we arrived because a family emergency. Best Western couldn't do a thing because we went through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). Besides that the $270 per nite for what was offered was totally rediculous.
