“Wonderful”

We stayed during my granddaughters hockey tourney - the staff was excellent the room confortable and the German atmoshpere of the hotel over all was great

“Good Hotel in a Great Town”

Its difficult to rate this hotel coming from alot of 4-5 star hotels in California. I would say, of the "big three" choices to stay at in New Ulm - the Holiday Inn was an easy winner. We had a pool side first floor double room which is a must with children. Clean room and fresh smelling. Responsive front desk/housekeeping. Was in town for a family wedding and checked out the other hotels too, and everyone said ours was the best. Did not have a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked like a good place.

“Where's the conditioner?”

For the first time staying in a hotel, I forgot my hair products. As a result, I planned on relying on the hotel supply of shampoo and condition, however, there was no conditioner in my room. I went to the hotel desk to ask for some and they said they didn't have any. What seems trivial, was somewhat of a nuisance for me. Since I had no hair mousse or conditioner, I had knotty, dry hair for 2 of the 3 day conference. The weather was cold and rainy and I didn't have a car, so I chose not to walk somewhere to a store. If the hotel is cutting corners, they should order the 1-bottle combined shampoo/conditioner in one.

“Our home away from home in New Ulm”

this Hotel is our family gathering spot since we are from Nebraska. This trip was for graduation and the pool area works great for us to gather and visit.

“Nice Place to stay”

Hotel was ok. Had a small problem the heater was missing the knob to turn it on and off. The matter was quickly taken care of by the Hotel staff.
