What a lovely stay! Nice hotels . Very comfortable. Staff are friendly and great service. I will definitely stay here again when I come visit Philippines.

Comfort and luxury in the heart of Makati
Everything about this hotel is luxurious. Rooms are spacious, service is outstanding, location is perfect and staff are all attentive. I will stay here again.

Top notch service; needs are attended to right away; team goes above & beyond to find a solution to Problems & challenges. Hotel needs to upgrade some in room audio technology to bring it up to standards, considering this is an elite hotel. Minor issue-door access to rooms, most of the time is NOT shut close, leaving it vulnerable for anybody to enter ( it is beside the French restaurant), and may be a potential security issue since this floor is not a limited access floor bec. Raffles Residences Makati is an exceptional venue top to bottom. It’s the type of place that makes you feel genuine sadness that the room you are staying in is not your actual residence. The first floor with lobby area features a top notch lounge incredibly attentive staff great food and drinks the bar with world class live music internationally renown mixologists the buffet the best selection of gourmet food I have ever encountered ( better than the Wynn Las Vegas). The rooms.. from the guest bathroom in the entrance to the original art throughout the one bedroom apartment the furnishings of the Lopez concept living room dining room to en-suite bedroom huge walk in closet and bathroom. With a pillow MENU!! to boot. Unreal. Lol.

The room is spacious, clean, and serene! The staff are accomodating, courteous and kind. We always bump our legs on the corners of their bed and its really painful because it is made of hard wood!
