“good hotel in a good location”

Good breakfast and friendly staff. If they had been a little bit faster in getting a cab to the airport for me (it took them about 40 minutes), my stay would have been perfect.

“A clean place to relax, especially the night before a flight”

We had an early morning flight from Manila so we stayed here for just 1 night. The area, while close to the airport (when it's not rush hour), isn't in a great neighborhood. Like the other travelers said though, don't be fooled by the area. The hotel was clean on the inside, our room was large, and having the restaurant downstairs kept us from having to wander around to find a place to eat. Very convenient.

“Good Value”

Positives: The hotel was quite centrally located and was pretty good value for money - the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, and very quiet. The staff were friendly and professional. The on-site bar/restaurant was nice and had a small business centre. Breakfast was fine. It was very easy to get a taxi from outside the hotel. Seven Eleven just across the road. Negatives: Some of the decor was a bit tired and could do with an overhall, the carpets in the corridor looked like they needed a good clean, although the room was fine. The area was a bit rough - keep your wits about you at night if you stray from the hotel, and expect to be hassled for money by kids. The late check-out charge was a rip-off and over half the cost of one night in the hotel.

“Value for the money”

Nothing much in extras but the rooms are quiet, clean and well-maintained and the staff are courteous and helpful. It's also nice that it is near most shopping areas. Breakfast is great, they serve delicious Filipino meals. I'll come back next time around.

I was impressed with the New Horizon's youthful staff and the attention that payed to making sure my stay was memorable. They were kind curtious and dutiful. I was close to community transit and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The resturant was convenient and the menu satisfying. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is one of the best hotels i have satyed in in this price range. There is nothing I would change about it except the inconvenient location. It is necessary to take a taxi to go anywhere. even to eat exceot in the hotel restaurant which is quite good

“Boston Visitor”

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews by other visitors. They were right on the money as far as this hotel is concerned. Don't be fooled by outside surroundings, inside of the hotel is clean. The hotel staff is always friendly and ready to help. The AC of both rooms worked, but shower curtains need some cleaning. The breakfast buffet was very good and the choices were plenty. The only complaint we I had was overcharging by one taxi driver. The hotel should crack down on taxi drivers who overcharge. I will stay here again.
