“Loved it”

You won"t be disappointed with this hotel, I loved it. The staff is friendly, almost too friendly which is nice. The room was very clean, and the in the wall fish tank was very entertaining at times. The only thing that they could improve on would be the breakfast buffet downstairs, and also could have some coffee on hand in the morning(fresh brewed) maybe in the lobby. Room service was very good as well as the laundry service.

“Great manila hotel”

It was a very nice hotel and I enjoyed the room very much. I was in the aquarium room which I will admitt the bathroom didnt have much privacy but that didnt matter to me and the misses :). The location is a bit secluded from the rest of the city so you might need to catch a cab to the local mallk but Mall of Asia isnt far away so thats a plus compared to some of the other hotels I stayed at. The service was great. The food at the resterant isnt like american food and I guess im somewhat of a picky eater but then I had a hard time with the food in the Philippines because I'm to used to American food. All around great stay in H2O I was very please specially with the service there and the great staff.

“I would go there again.”

My first night was "horrible" -- NOT because of the hotel and the staff but because of unruly, load and inconsiderate Korean guests who perhaps thought they were the only hotel guests. They were so noisy from 2:30am to 3:30am and resumed their inconsiderate behavior at 5:30am. I politely requested them to tone down their voices; instead of doing so, a male guest (from the same group) replied loudly in a challenging one. I have complained to the hotel management. Apologetically, they moved me to a different floor and things went well. The hotel has effectively addressed my complaint. The hotel is very clean (it is a new facility), it offers FREE wi-fi services, the staff are very courteous, and the housekeepers are very reliable and honest, This was a great treat! The hotel provides two complimentary bottled water, two soda drinks, and four packets of local snacks. A free safebox is also available during your stay. There is no flat iron and ironing board to press your clothing.

“Ready to go back”

This hotel is so maintained i had no problems with anything, i would recommend this hotel to all travellers going to manila. There are things for all age groups to do. The check in staff was so polite you couldn't ask for better service.

“Cool Bay View rooms”

The rooms over looking the bay are awesome! The location was really nice since it is so close to many nice attractions in Manila. We walked many places. It was nice to have an aquarium so close. The staff were friendly but they didn't share a lot of info. We had to ask a lot of questions.

“Good hotel if want to visit Intramurous”

It is walking distance from Rizal Park and Intramurous with very clean and comfortable rooms. Good decor and very nice bay view from bay-facing rooms. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only downside was construction going on at the entrance of the hotel but the hotel from inside is very nice.

“Modern Chic Hotel by Manila Bay”

I think the hotel has only been open for abt 6mths, and i really liked it - modern, stylish - rooms looking over the bay have a great view esp the sunset. Inside rooms have mini-aquariums in the room - which is cool. The outside White Moon Bar overlooking the Bay plays chill music and serves snack meals and drinks - great place to sip cocktails and watch the sunset. The hotel entrance is actually in the Aqua Park Complex..so great for families to look at the aquarium - plenty of cafes and fast food restaurants (close abt 9.30pm) Only negative on the hotel is not being able to order room service to eat after 9pm (had to order take-away from YellowCabPizzaCo) A pretty trendy hotel for Manila - recommended.
