This hotel is less than a kilometer away from my place in Makati so it is ideal for me to use it as quarantine facility. The Asst. Manager in charge when I was there was serious and strict about the hotel's part in the quarantine protocols. Ms Dalit was also resourceful in resolving issues related to my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The only negative impression I had was the linens have seen so many wash cycles that they need to be replaced.

The people who worked there were very friendly. But overall the place is dirty, needs work, Roche's all over the place. You have to ask for a change of sheets or something else. Would not recommend staying here

This hotel needs renovation. No stable water as far heat and cold. Noisy as room not sound proof can hear vehicles - hard to sleep. Found Closet and drawers with small pest.

The property was fine, except for where my room was located near the street thus making it very noisy at night and in the morning. Also for some like me its not a great positive to be so close to burgo street, for some it might be,

The facility was great, the interenet was suprisingly good, if you want bars or the famous burgous streeet its a great location, My only complain is that the staff could be rather slow when asking for sheets to be changed or towels to be replaces. It was great for the price.

Cheap hotel with helpful staff.
Very helpful staff. Big rooms but honestly the room was not as new as the pictures in the website. It includes breakfast that the staff delivers upon request in the morning. The hotel is very near a shopping mall. The only problem during my stay was I woke up with insect bites in my right hand and I saw ants in the bedside tables. My sister who stayed in another room reported that she saw cockroaches.

Great Service
Excellent service received when I check at from the front desk ( Sherry, Faith) and the other 2 guys at the front desk. Daily clean up from the housekeeping fresh towel, Nescafe instant coffee supply. The room has a kettle for you to boil water for coffee or tea & also has a fridge in the room.& also toothbrush, toothpaste soap & shampoo. Thank you from the Security, Bellman, housekeeping & Gino looking after my daily breakfast an excellent service I had received. Will ve back next year.

There was an ongoing construction on the ground floor daily. There was no notice to customers advising of the daily activities. Very unprofessional of the hotel not to let guests know such activities.

Fersal front desk had a hard time understanding what type of room i wanted..they understood my wife's and sister's room type,, luckily they had a room for my son and i. But i still had to express my type.

Good place to stay
Check-in was good with pleasant staff. Our room was spacious, with a small table and two chairs, large shower, wardrobes and drawers. The bed was kingsized and suitable for tall ppl like me. We had opted for breakfast to be included but were a bit disappointed with plastic cutlery and cardboard box delivery, tho one day we did get ceramic plates. Location is good - close to night-life, malls, eateries etc. Water was provided on each floor by dispenser. Our first room had no daylight, however we asked and moved to a large window room.

The location isn’t phenomenal which means you have everything walking distance, however the place is dirty. First room smelled like sewage then they transferred us and the view from the window was into this sewage looking alley. The place is just like its city. Sewage smelling, dirty, old, and very very bad WiFi in the rooms. If you want WiFi do NOT book here.

Location was good and so was breakfast. The staff in general were very courteous. Elevator worked well. The door did not have any kind of lock from the inside.
