"Super apartment for money"
I booked a 2 bed apartment as it was significantly cheaper than two rooms at the Shangri La but this was my dollar. Got there no hassle check in everything ready. I then walked into 405 and was blown away huge is the single word that describes it. I have twins so this was a bonus. Near to all shopping in Makati plus restaurants so all in all I would go back every time Tip get the hotel to send a better map and directions as all taxi drivers struggled to find it quickly

Somerset Olympia Makati

No 7912 Makati Avenue, Makati - Map
"Nice Alternative to Pricier Hotels"
This is a good hotel - well situated in the Makati area. Hotel rooms are functional, reasonably updated and comfortable, WIFI works well for business purposes. Breakfast facilities are OK, not great, but are good enough - if you are a business traveller, you just need to work your way through the tourist packages. Room care is good, but somewhat sporadic - not all amenities were refreshed on a daily basis - requiring a few phone calls to the front desk. Overall, this is a bargain for the Makati area, but it comes at a price. You need to push the staff just a little, and push your way through the breakfast line. But the hotel itself is great and the rooms are good - just as good as any other hotel in the area at twice the price.

I was in transit from the USA for over 30 hours and quite haggard. My friends brought me from NAIA at 0500 ish. My initial impression was so favorable and it remained perfect the entire time I was able to entertainment my guests in great comfort. The room was wonderful and the entire staff was uber professional. Like MacArthur; I shall return!

Legaspi Towers 300 Inc, Manila - Map
"Ok place"
Generally, the place is good. It isn't a hotel but a condo studio unit that is being rented out for transients. The unit is clean and the aircon is great, which is a must in Manila. There was no staff to clean the place daily so basically you are on your own, which is ok with me. The only downside is that towels are not changed daily. The bathroom sink was not draining- I couldn't locate the thing that controls the stopper and there was no one to ask for assistance. I used the kitchen sink so it was ok. The transpo guy who picked me up at the airport upon my request was very nice. I would definitely use his service again if I have to. A bit more $ than a regular airport taxi, I think, but I am one who pays extra for safety and convenience.

During my nine days stay at Armada the wifi did not work inside the room. I could only access this service in the lobby the door men seem to be gruppy from their facial appearance
