Room bedding no fitted sheet no sheets just comforter that is lousy no microwave Staff outstanding services very nice and freindly welcomming 6 elevator dirty outside and out and old very slow. Is not 5 star hotel. Dinning is very nice services and the food excellent Lobby security gaurd staff outstanding services .

Nice service. Customer service was amazing. All employees were great, however, there seems to be areas for improvement in the organisation for the management team... Breakfast was absolutely packed. Massive queue and no space for guests in the sitting area....

I have stayed at the Diamond hotel on many trips to Manila. It is a standout hotel in this area. Staff is always fantastic, the hotel works hard to keep the property in good condition. I will continue to use this as my go to hotel when in the Manila area.

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff. Bar on 27th floor offering nice views and live entertainment. The very nearby bars are all girlie bars. I didn't try them so I have no comment. The touts hassled me a bit but I was a solo male traveller so they probably had me in their sights. Plenty of restaurants around.

The staff was top notch around customer service. Breakfast buffet selection and service was excellent. The 27th floor bar was a good experience. Our room was a little dated and is in-line for a refresher.

I have stayed at the Diamond many times and it always is great. There are of course some post-pandemic features that have changed but all in all it is still my go to hotel while in the Metro Manila area. The hotel is 30 years old, but they do spend to keep it refreshed as much as is possible. I like the location as I can walk to everything I need and do not have to get stuck in Manila traffic when needing to go out and about.

A let down…
The hotel lobby was nice. The rooms were ok, nothing exceptional. Self-acclaimed 5-star hotel however, the room amenities were under par. They didn’t have complete sets of towels, the bathrobes were so worn out that would make you wonder why they even bothered. The bathroom counter was so bare, not even a hint of class. TV remote was generic, couldn’t find a channel I want to watch. No hotel guide inside the room. The bed quality was good. The buffet breakfast was a big disappointment. No green veggies other than the lettuce for salads. No cheeses, no cold cuts, only a couple of desserts, not much choice in general. Really, 5 star? Not worth the money spent. They have exceptional staff though, especially Danica.

Air-conditioning was terrible. Place felt 60 years old and you could still smell smoke. Food was mediocre and overpriced. Tourist trap hotel.

The staff at the Diamond are all 5 star- we use the hotel whenever we stay in Manila. The staff go above and beyond and we stayed extra nights in the Clubroom from the 10-16th of May- once again, the staff were great and we wanted for nothing. We even had time to exchange stories. If you are ever in Manila- choose the Diamond Hotel & the sushi is really delicious. See you all again very soon.

Very friend and helpful staff, great safety and health precautions monitoring people who enter the hotel for fever amid the current health situation. Very clean and clear pool well maintain pool area. Over all a very excellent Hotel
