“A BOARDING HOUSE WITH INDEPENDENT ROOMS”
PROS Good location Friendly accommodating staff good security to the best of my knowledge.(I left valuables in my room and always found them) Free Wi Fi Fair price Its perfect for the long term extreme budget traveler. Your more in a local manila atmosphere not a tourist street. The longer I stayed the more I liked it. The room was clean Negatives. Aunts Its not a hotel it is a boarding house. expect to buy your own toilet paper and wash your own sheets and your own towels. This is not a suite, its a big boarding house. my room was big with a sink and a mini fridge and a very small bathroom, with the shower almost on top of the toilet. The bathroom had a leak. This boarding house is a mix of tourist and long term tenants. This hotel advertisement is a huge lie. No black out drapes, although the staff quickly provided blankets to darken the room when I complained.

Access to the hotel very limited. You have to go through a locked driveway door, ring the doorbell and they let you in. Not all rooms have kitchenetttes and utensils. Only have cold shower. In my stay, I was welcome by a single roach about fifteen minutes of my check-in. My frequent visitors were ants in the sink area and mice running around. My stay however is good enough.

for some reason the dangay wasnt expecting us but they gave us i can only describe as the least best room,i would have looked else where had i know what was to come,e.g ants,cockroaches,terrible insect bites on my ankles..traffic noise nearby,noisy but working a.c.no hot water.i would pay more than stay there again.
