“Very nice stay,I was satified and the staf was great.”
We had a nice ,quiet, and friendly stay...I found no problems with the hotel
“Very Satisfied”
The hotel staff are very accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Compared to other hotels in the area, the BSA Suites offer excellent amenities for a fraction of the cost.
“Not bad”
I only stayed overnight, I think the room is comfortable. Basic ammenities are provided. The toilet is fairly clean although the towels provided looked a little dodgy and they feel very rough and hard. I think they are a little bit overpriced in relation to the ammenities they provide. The staff members are helpful. overall, It seems a safe area and accesible to shops. I wouldnt mind going back again if I only have to stay overnight until I move on to my next journey around the city or country.
“Was good for the money”
over all was ok. Dated room, place was clean and secure. Needed safe, not offer room cleaning on sundays for change sheets and towels... I was little bothered by this.
“Nice location”
Rooms are quiet old but well maintained. Near from everything. The service are satisfactory.
“Makati hotel with kitchen”
Acceptable hotel with kitchens in the rooms for cooking. Very convenient neighborhood.
“i would go back in stay”
room are big air-con ,staff and house keeping is good and everything you need to cook is there ... for the prize what more do you want .. concerns pool is small for the amount of people that go there... so go early morning ... take a can of raid for ants one good spray will do you for 7 days... its a common thing there i had visit other place same thing..for the most of its good stay...
“Great for the price”
The employees are very helpful and friendly. A very safe place to stay. The kitchen facilities were OK. The location of this place is excellent. I had a beautiful suite on the 25th floor. Three rooms, very comfortable and quite scenic. There were some unpleasant surprises, poorly maintained kitchen equipment, a few odd plates and pans and unclean tableware. But there is a convenience store just across the street that sells everything, and a pharmacy also nearby. A great little singles bar right next door. I liked the safety, convenience, scenery and price. Very good free breakfast and free newspaper. Don't expect much else though. I will definitely stay here again.
“Not impressed”
At the outset I was happy to receive a drive from the airport to the hotel. I workout, but couldn't because the gym was unclean and very hot. I encountered mosquitoes in the room. I had no access to the balcony, which was locked. I got thge surprise of my life when the desk clerk charged me ninety pesos for the trip from the airport--regular price: 200 pesos. I was also vewry disappointed with the laundry service: they charged me an arm and a leg, but returned my clothes half dirty.
