We enjoyed our stay at Yotel - the room was smaller than were used to but that didn't bother us. The bed could've been more comfortable. It's conveniently located - walking distance to many NY attractions. Good overall experience and good value.

Yotel is a first class hotel experience at an affordable price. Check in is all about efficiency. We have Kiosks that are …More
We originally had a reservation with a hotel closer to Central Park, but after reading the reviews of this hotel, we switched to the Andaz. It was worth it! I was traveling with my son and wanted 2 beds and more room than the other hotel offered. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. Also, the rooms were very quiet, which was surprising for NYC. It was close to the Wall Street subway, which made everything very accessible. You can walk to the 9/11 Museum in about 10 minutes. Overall, very happy with the hotel and would definitely stay there again.
"Great checkin; reasonably priced; great bathroom"
We came in very early in the morning after an all night flight out of Los Angeles. The room clerk representatives at the front desk happily checked us in right away even though we were early. Room rate was very reasonable. The room was beautifully appointed, very clean and had a luxurious bathroom with a big soaking tub as well as a large glass shower. I was impressed.
I surprised my wife with this trip, and was not disappointed in the cooperation that I received from The Muse. I let them know about her birthday, and they brought a bottle of champagne and some chocolates to the room the first night.
The check in process was easy, and can actually be done online to make it even simpler. Any questions we had about the city were answered from a genuinely interested standpoint, rather than the canned answers you get from so many other hotels.
This place was great!
Three 40-something women stayed at this property for a weekend in the city. We could not have been more pleased. The location was perfect (not in the heart of touristy areas), the staff very friendly and accommodating in every possible way, and the room was pretty spacious for NYC. Three of us shared one room and did not feel overwhelmed. Its an easy walk from the hotel to Times Square/Theater District, shopping areas, and Central Park and close to a major subway station. The only reason I could not give the room comfort 5 stars was because we had a little bit of a tricky time controlling the temperature in the room. When it got warm, we turned on the air (at 73 degrees) but it blew out really cold air and the bed next to the unit was on the receiving end of the cold, cold air at full blast. Other than that, it was a nice room with a fridge and safe, and very comfy beds. One tip I wish I would have known in trying to drive to the hotel were the traffic rules that don't allow left or right turns onto Lexington between the hours of 10AM-6PM off the many streets I attempted to use. It was quite frustrating just trying to get to the hotel. Had to find a major "street" (I think it was 57th) that finally allowed me to turn onto Lexington. Drivers, just something to note. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Great staff, extremely friendly, location is close enough to Times Square, Rockefeller, and shopping but far away enough to be peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend! Staff knew it was our anniversary and delivered a thoughtful note and dessert for the both of us.
I've been to NYC many times and stayed in many different hotels. This hotel is now on my favorites list. Staff was friendly! It's a small hotel, but big in the ways that matter. Yes, the rooms are very small --- but it's Manhatten, who cares. All you need is a clean room with a good location. This hotel offers that! AND with a complimentary breakfast! AND it's on a tree lined street! There is a Duane Reade (convenience store) right across W 47th from hotel --- great for my Diet Dr Pepper fixes. ( at corner of W 47th and 8th) (the hotel is on W 47th just past 8th -- where 47th becomes less busy and trees begin) I don't go to NY to spend all my time in a hotel room, but I want my room to be clean. I got that and more.
Classic prestige NYC hotel, and superb location in the very heart of the city. The Pierre continues to live up to its long reputation as one of the finest anywhere. The facilities and exceptional staff friendliness is what you can expect.
