"Modern, Great Value Hotel"
We stayed in New York for 3 nights at the Yotel before travelling to Las Vegas and then returning for another 3 nights in New York and staying at another hotel. We found the rooms to be really comfortable, clean and well designed, they are small but there is easily enough room for a short stay. When we first saw the bed we thought it wouldn't be comfortable but it was actually a lot more comfortable than it looked. There is free tea and coffee on each floor and on fourth floor free tea/coffee and muffins in the morning. The muffins looked good but I don't like sweet cake for breakfast so we gave that a miss. There is no reception as such at the hotel but check in online at the lobby is quick and easy and there is staff on hand to help if required. They will also organise a hotel car to take you back to the airport (70 dollars which is the usual taxi price) We found the staff at the Lobby very helpful. We returned to New York to a different hotel which we thought would be more luxurious as we paid a lot more but we preferred Yotel and was disappointed we hadn't booked it for our return stay.

The hotel is very modern, yet not too minimalistic. Great rooms, funky design, great bathrooms. Lovely amenities. Free minibar and Wifi is mega pro!

"Friendly, modern, clean"
All of the people on the hotel staff were extremely friendly. They had lots of energy, and were very helpful. The smiles seemed real and enthusiastic. When I asked for directions or recommendations, I didn't have to go to a concierge -- everyone was knowledgeable. The room was sleek, clean and had a great view. My only complaint was that the hotel apparently allows pets and someone had a dog that kept barking one night. My wife and I were able to walk to the theater and to several fine restaurants.

"Excellent find"
Really can't say a bad word about the Muse. Stayed 5 nights. Location excellent, given we were so close to Times Square the room was quiet. Rooms well decorated, 2 very comfortable double beds and hotel staff very welcoming. We were delighted to see a hand written note and bottle of wine for my mother's 82nd birthday - nice touch. Free wifi with Kimpton Karma. Also free wine every evening, we only managed to avail of this for one night.

"Great location for all the main New York sites"
Altough a littel prices and over budget, I would highly recommend this hotel for it's midtown location and quality of ammentities and staff. The doorman Patrick to care of all are needs, sorting out baggage storage, taxis and airport transfers. Booked a junior suites as 5 in party - plenty of room with two double beds and a separate room with pull-out sofa. Very comfortable.

"Loved everything about it!"
I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel, my first time in this chain. Price was reasonable considering it's closeness to Time Square, area is quite as well. Staff was very friendly, the food in their restaurant was probably the best meal with had in Manhattan and again at a reasonable price. All the rooms are equiped with prime equipment, TV, Radio, comfy beds, etc.

"Great Times Square economy"
I've been to NYC many times and stayed in many different hotels. This hotel is now on my favorites list. Staff was friendly! It's a small hotel, but big in the ways that matter. Yes, the rooms are very small --- but it's Manhatten, who cares. All you need is a clean room with a good location. This hotel offers that! AND with a complimentary breakfast! AND it's on a tree lined street! There is a Duane Reade (convenience store) right across W 47th from hotel --- great for my Diet Dr Pepper fixes. ( at corner of W 47th and 8th) (the hotel is on W 47th just past 8th -- where 47th becomes less busy and trees begin) I don't go to NY to spend all my time in a hotel room, but I want my room to be clean. I got that and more.

"Weekend in New York!"
If you are planning to go to the Ground Zero Museum it is in walking distance. If you then go to the 9/11 Memorial you can take a cab or the subway (we took a cab there but the subway back - very easy). We also walked up to Eataly for lunch which was very enjoyable. The Eventi hotel is a great location for anything you want to see in Chelsea (Empire State Building very nearby as well). On the 2nd day we took a leisurely walk up to Times Square and then to Broadway for a play. We were able to leave our bags before check in so we could do our sightseeing and after checking out they kindly allowed us to leave our bags again until we were ready to leave the city. A great time was had and the hotel was very comfortable and the staff very attentive to anything you might need.
