“Double thumbs up !”

An amazing experience, in an amazing place. An unbelievable location with a true 5 star facility. The staff was nice and very professionnal. Lots to do on this island for the ones loving water / underwater activities. Definitely a "must go" hotel were every dollar of my hard earned cash was a pleasure to spend.

“3 days at Zanzibar”

We stayed there for 3 nights. It's very quite and pleasant place. Service is nice , food is at good quality. Is the hotel worth for the money? We didnt stayed at other places in Zanzibar therefore hard to judge; however I expected that at least local and soft drinks should be included at the HB price. What ı also disliked ; 5% service commision for credit cards have been charged additionally! Who pays in that time esp. in that region cash? Dont believe to the mentioned hotel internet prices its always 5% higher (with credit cards).

“Zanzibar”

Superbe standing! Calme, luxe et volupté Lieu très romantique pour les amoureux. buffet haut de gamme, varié et copieux. Les chambres spacieuses et nettoyées 2 fois par jour, jacuzzi vue sur l'océan chambre recommandée 113 vue panoramique sur l ocean, petite terrasse. Parlons maintenant des choses qui fachent l'hotel trop éloigné du centre ville, 25/30 min en voiture pour joindre StoneTown. Il y a cependant un free shuttle qui part de l hotel à 14h00 et retour à 17h00, autres alternatives taxis 30$ (avec negociation) un transfer proposé par l hotel 42$. Rien aux alentours de l hotel, hotel très isolé (ce qui explique une infrastructure asez variée (5 bars dont un sur pilotis, 2 piscines à debordements. un bout de plage, mais l essentiel y est Catamarants, pedalos, canoes, chaises longues parasol (gratuit), petit bar de plage très sympa.Autre vrai problème, mon séjour aurait pu être fantastique, si je n avais pas à passer mon temps à vérifier si je conservais ma chambre ou pas. En effet, suite à une erreur de leur système de réservation, il apparaissait que je séjournais 3 jours au lieu de 6 prevus initialement. Erreur que j ai souligné depuis le 1er jour d'arrivée, réservation à l appui. Malgré, mes allers retours incessants, rien n' était toujours fait. Je trouve inadmissible que dans un hotel 4/5 étoiles, on soit obligée d'en arrivée là, c'est de la pure négligeance, et montre le manque de professionalisme. J'ai incisté voir menaçante pour conserver la chambre, ça à payer.
