“Superb Hotel!”
Staff were very polite, pool was much bigger than any other hotel we have stayed in before. The food was excellent. So glad we booked and stayed here, would definitely come back again.

Our stay was extreamly good from start to finish the hotel staff were helpful and pleasent at all times and made the stay a wonderful experience throughout. All our praise go to everyone involved from booking to leaving. The facilities were exemplary leaving nothing to be faulted

“Lovely Hotel In Greater Manchester”
The staff from the front desk, to the country club to the fitness center are just wonderful. People go out of the their way to ensure that the comforts of their guests are met or exceeded. This is a newly rennovated Marriott and the rooms and bath facilities are very nice. The restarants are also reasonably priced. I will return again next year.

Hotel is situated right on the M60 - perfect for Manchester city centre, Strafford centre, United and City stadia and the motorway network of the North West of England. Pool and spa facility was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent golf facilities.

“One night business stay”
Lovely grounds, secure parking,clean fresh room with typical Marriott comfortable lovely bed linen. Had room service was OK wouldnt be fair to judge food on this. Had room only rate,only wanted porridge with a few berries and a coffee and they tried to charge 15.95, needless to say this was reduced to 8.95 upon complaint. Very friendly staff overall would stay there again. Better rate from Expedia, saved 40 on room only rate hotel would not do a late deal locally.
“Will never return. What a disappointment.”
We stayed in a deluxe room that turned out to be an adjoining room. We could hear every word from the extremely loud couple next door - including their trips to the bathroom !! We complained but the receptionist wasn't interested. There was no wardrobe just a sliding mirrored door that was 3 inches deep that would only hold trousers folded over. There was nowhere to hang a dress other than over the ironing board. Again we complained but were told all rooms were like this. Wrong - we have stayed there before. At breakfast, we were asked for our room number 3 times by three different members of the restaurant staff before being seated. Total chaos. The left arm didn't know what the right was doing. Everybody was complaining about the service (or lack off). An absolute disgrace considering they are meant to be a 4 star hotel.
