Rooms were very clean, property was in good shape. Unfortunately we had neighbors who had a domestic situation from about 3am until 8am. We called the front desk 4 times and last 2 were advising by them that it was becoming physical, asking them to call the police. They let me stay with warnings and they were still there when we finally left. I requested a later checkout as we have a 5 hour drive and no sleep, they gave us one extra hour. Appreciate the staff shouldn't have to deal with this but a few extra hours, getting them to leave or a refund for the room should have been the policy.

I booked this property for my kids to swim in the pool. I have friends in town and family in the next town over, so I didn't need it for any other reason. When we went, there were 2 teenagers being extremely unsafe (ie: whipping a ball, jumping off the edge, splashing on purpose, etc). My 7 and 4yo were so nervous- they got large gulps of water in their mouths, were jumped on, and they were hit multiple times with the ball, along with our belongings that were then soaked. When I brought this up to staff, I was told that their father (who was not even in the pool area) was extremely difficult, and therefore the staff said nothing. The kids were not even 14 (the age to be in the pool by themselves). I get dealing with difficult parents, as a teacher myself, but this was the ONLY reason that I booked this hotel. It was a complete waste of money, and my children wanted to leave after 20 minutes because of those teens.

Property was easy to get to, the room was clean, staff was awesome. Solid place to stay if you’re looking for a place to do an overnight. It was very close to the highway as well.

Great check in and room was clean had a very musty smell too it like the rugs were wet and not dried properly. Food was ok but your beef hash looks like cat food due too it being boil a bag and not cooked correctly. The pastry looked old tere was very little choice for breakfast like it was pre pandemic. I understand your doing what you can too save money . Pool and hot tub areas were fine wish you stayed open later than 8 pm especially for the adults. Your gym area needs new or better equipment you only offer 3 pieces of equipment 1 of which is broken. The beds were like rock hard but they were the double beds my other family members had a king bed and that was fantastic. All in all it was okay will come back too stay

Paper-thin walls. I could hear, word for word, our neighbors who got up at 2:25am and left about 3:45am. Carpeting - in room and in hallway is overdue for being replaced.

Well, I always check the smoke detector to make sure it works. I discovered that there was indeed a battery in there that was functioning. But it was not hardwired. All that took was plugging in the unit to the wiring. What if the battery didn’t work what if the battery dies? It is not hired wire therefore, the smoke detector will not go off. Not very safe. And the bed was very uncomfortable. It feels as though 1 billion people had slept on it before me.

Me and ny boyfriend stayed here for 1 night after flying all the way from AZ, for a wedding. We are familiar with the Sleep Inn brand and enjoy staying at various ones across the country. This one was no different aside from being not near much. Clean room and bathroom. Clean lobby area. The downside was the CC machine went down so there was an issue about who was going to be keeping our CC info on file. And if we did a cash deposit, why wouldn't we get a receipt for it. After 20mins of trying to figure something out, we just gave our card number ans prayed it doesn't fall into wrong hands. Other than that, no bad, not amazing, just average. Decent price if you catch it in off seasons.
