“1st Time staying there - would go back again.”
The inside and outside of hotel was very clean. The only problem was with the sodas & ice on the fifth floor which is where we were - they did not work.

We lucked out with this hotel. we booked it blind through expedia and it was a great hotel. Great price, location and overall hotel.
“Lovely experience”
Although this hotel was older than I expected the condition of the hotel was excellent. The staff responded to every need going well above what was expected. I found the phone not working in the room and within minutes a new phone was delivered to the room. I couldn't print my boarding passes and was given front desk clerk computer to do the printing while the tech was working on the computer. Things go wrong but I never had a hotel respond so quickly to fix an issue. I will return the next time I'm in the Boston area even if it means a longer drive. My stay was perfect, relaxing, and enjoyable.
“They really care”
Staffs were super kind. They really care. The lobby and the bar on the 1st floor were well placed and decorated. Room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to rent a refrigerator.
“A nice hotel with a Castle theme”
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Only real complaint was that a number of rooms (mine included) did not have room numbers on them. The signs had fallen off and it was difficult to locate our room because of this. They had a decent, though somewhat pricey breakfast buffet.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and as always have enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I need to go to Nashua, I will stay here.

I was extremley satisfied with my room. The people at the front desk were very polit and made sure that my room was up to par. I also liked the fact that they put all of our group near each other. The room was very clean with lots of soap and towels. I also liked that it was a non smoking room and I think hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. My complements to the dining staff also.

Overall, really great place for the money. Somewhat fun for the kids too since the place is shaped like a castle.
“10 days in the Radisson ( or HBO shows a lot of shows over and over and over)”
I was in town for 10 days to visit family and attend to personal matters. The Radisson was located very close to home, so it was my first choice for where to stay. The hotel staff was wonderful during my stay - attentive and helpful. The hotel itself was not all that crowded during 9 of my 10 nights there, which was nice. This, however, led to one of the quirks of the hotel - they kept the temperatures of the internal hallways somewhere around 80 degrees - it was warm enough to notice (compared to the quite chilly lobby area). A second quirk is the in-room internet connection. The system resets itself 24 hours after you activate it, requiring you to set it up again the next day. And this was easy for the first few days. After that, however, I would have to power down the modem and my laptop and totally reboot everything to get it to reset. An annoyance, to be sure. However, tech support for internet problems was quite helpful, and easy to reach 24/7. A few quirks aside (I don't have enough space to mention the sleep number bed - apparently my comfort number isn't one that's available), there are a lot of good points to the hotel - price, location, the use of a quality health club on site, that would lead me to go back again. Come to think of it, I'll be staying there again in September, which is probably the best recommendation I can give.
