Extremely rude and untrained staff. Double charged and after arguing, showing bank statements and a lot of back and forth finally got them to refund the double charge. The worse staff I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Walking distance to Old Trafford Man U stadium. Light rail just outside hotel. Laundry, cricket. Food was also good. Great experience. The shower and beds were great too!!
