Great value
Lovely building in a great location. Staff were very friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy with plenty of space. It was a bit of a disappointment that one of the rooms had 2 singles and not a double, however overall I would say we were very happy with our stay.

Tired but functional.
Overnight stay on works do. Tired and needs updating. Bed is in attic room and at the top of some steepish stairs. Was worried about possibly falling down when I got out of bed.

The apartment was well situated in the city for my work - staff were great when I booked in - my only frustration was the noise at night - the apartments overlooking the street and bars are not noise free and expect a disruptive sleep Apartment Good - Staff Friendly - Food Value

Very worn, mainly the bathroom. Paid for the more “luxury” room would hate to think of the condition of the cheaper one. Pictures are deceiving. Staff are rude, way to rude and also deposit price very high. Was same price as the room.

The property is ideally located for Manchester City centre attractions.However you will pay a heavy price in the apartments being right next to very loud bars that go on until the early hours. The noise is incredible and didn’t stop until 7am. The building itself is in desperate need of a refurb the rooms are very tired looking. This venue is really tailored to Hen and Stag do parties who neither want to sleep or are really bothered what the decor is. If you are thinking of booking here as a family or with young children just don’t.

It is okay for a budget stay. The shower was broken. The bath did not have bath mat so very slippery easy to fall. The wifi is very very slow needs upgrading. No smoking inside signs needs to put all over . But saying all this it is a nice place if you are on a budget. It was not whst i wanted. But for one night was very good.

Awful
This place was not as advertised and absolutely stunk of cigerettes and alcohol. My first room was dirty and I found empty drug bags down the toilet. I complained and was given another apartment which still smelt but was better. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and my bedroom window was broken so I couldn't shut it the street noise was unbearable awful plane would never return. Only upside was the lady who checked us in was lovely and provided a high level of service.

Needs refurbishing
There was a sewage smell in the en-suite which smelt awful. Toilet roll holder and plug sockets were hanging off the walls. Holes in walls which could easily be filled in. Hairs in the bathroom. Beds very uncomfortable and the walk in shower flooded the whole bathroom my friend nearly had a bad fall. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not worth the money!! Very disappointed should have taken more photos

Two pubs opposite: very loud and hard to sleep!
The room was decent, but the bathroom very basic and pretty delapidated. The mattress was also not very comfortable (a block of foam more than a mattress) and I was unlucky enough to have a room facing the street with two pubs directly opposite. I stayed a Tuesday and Wednesday night and still it was incredibly loud from pubgoers shouting on the street until about 1:30am on both nights, which made it impossible to sleep. Closing the windows doesn’t help much, so bring your earplugs!

Handy and great value!
Great location, easy walking distance and easy to find. I needed somewhere reasonably priced for an evening works charity event, so I didn't have to get a taxi in the early hours. This was absolutely ideal.

Good value for money in a nice central area, but there's no WIFI (slow wired internet only), no air conditioning (it was very hot and humid while I was there) and floors are old and squeaky. The bathroom was clean but has seen better days

Please stay after spending alot of money in a 4 st
Very good for family stay Very functional living room Could not locate AC however, opened the windows but the noise on outside could not be avoided. This is a very busy area close to different amenities.

Overall good stay
A very nice stay. Apartment was in a great location, clean and well-furnished. Only issue I had was that all the radiators were switched off. After working until midnight coming back to a freezing flat was not pleasant. They should tell you this on check in so you can set them accordingly

great location for the city center, parking is close by but expensive at £20 overnight but it does mean you can walk anywhere in the city which is good. Apartments are well equiped and quiet, good for groups that want to share

Great place to stop
Great location for central manchester and events. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Quick, easy check in service. Room very comfy with great facilities tv, fully equipped kitchen, tea and coffee, fridge/freezer, sofa too much to mention and cleanliness is top rated. Second visit but we will be coming back for sure.

Good location
Ideal location for the centre of Manchester. Noise from the print works can be an it of a pain on a Friday or Saturday night but as we were going out ourselves didn't bother us too much. Apartment was nice just needs a bit of tlc but other than that it was nice and clean.

Unfortunate where it is situated
The apartment was large, however the furniture (especially in the bedroom was tatty and falling apart. Unfortunately due to where the hotel is situated there were large crowds of people drinking in the road outside .... who were very noisy.... and could be heard in our room until the early hours. Could also hear people in the hallways and the apartment above us ..... who were noisy. Noise could be heard all through the night. We did not have a lot of sleep at all.
