“Staff excelle”
The housekeeper agreed in advance to the cleaner refraining from using products with fragrances in them on the day of our arrival (I am very sensitive to fragrances). This was done, but someone had been smoking in the room and in spite of the windows being wide open before we arrived, the room smelt of smoke. It was not the fault of the cleaner and the receptionist compensated us for the problem. They were all extemely courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, I left something in the room when we left, but again the housekeeper found it and posted it to us. This was our second visit to the Bewley, Manchester Airport, and we will come again.
“Best airport hotel I've stayed in.”
My stay at Bewleys was a much needed, quiet comfy refuge for a few hours before an early morning flight. A soak in the deep tub, in room wifi, heavenly comfy bed, temp just right, shuttle service prompt, polite and included in cost. Perfect. Many thanks.
“Good experience”
We stayed here on an overnight on the way to New York, we were picked up from the terminal promptly with the minimum of fuss, it was early morning so they allowed us to store our bags and check in later. The hotel facilities were excellent and the room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpfull, would definately stay here again.

We were staying for 1 night. Very handy for Airport with prearranged free transfers to terminal. All in all,a stress free stay.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is in a good location to the train station and airport plus the free shuttlebus is an excellent service. Very pleased with my stay ,would return again.

Always stay at this hotel after a holiday, and it is perfect for that, bus service is always punctual and easy to arrange.
“Relaxing stay before catching a flight”
Had a relaxing eveing, enjoying the pub food and drink while watching sports and talking. The room was comfortable for and overnight stay before an early flight the next morning.
