“Great staff & nice accommodations”
Great location...right by the small crafts market and very close to a number of decent restaurants. The staff was always willing to help answer any questions, about the hotel or otherwise. We booked several of the Granada attractions through their coordinator( and hotel driver), whom was simply excellent and very accommodating. The only negative that I identified was the parking situation. If you have a car, finding parking is rather difficult. If you happen to park on the street in front of the hotel, it is quite busy with traffic and you risk damage due to the tight space. The good part, because of the location, is you will rarely need to use the car.

Good hotel in a tremendous position. Friendly staff. Maintenance jobs could have been properly finished. Character and style.
“small but cosy”
The laocation of the hotel is excellent, but there is no own parking space for customers cars. They have to be parked right in front on a narrow and busy street. The reception and the other spaces of the hotel a narrow and you feel a little bit closed in, but they managed to have 2 pools on thsi small area. The rooms are oscure but cosy. Breakfeast is served at an open air retaurant which might make yoy sweat with your hot coffe in the morning.
“intimate hotel close to the park!!”
i was surprised to learn that breakfast was not included because the hotel was booked thru expedia, others had it included.Location is very good. unfortunatly the rooms do not have windows to tlook to the nice garden and our room was very dark.the wc. do not have accesories to hang towels or put cosmetics: very strange.the furniture in the room and around the pool are really of a very bad design to achieve confort.personnel was very helpful and very polite.
