FD is not like as usual than others and staff not there when I checked in just saw the sign be patient but 10mins later when I saw staff shown up but noticed employer not welcome ppl and gave me a glanced with very fast speaking try sent me to leave ...this one I won't thinking over again but if you consider has breakfast included their morning staff is warm and good choice to go eat

JACOB was at the Front Desk when I checked-in late, around past 9pm, coming from Canada... very friendly, nice & accomodating! Some staff not so friendly, there was a woman who has an attitude, no sincerity...she was the person manning the Front Desk when I checked-out. I woke up to prepare to head to the airport & there was NO WATER from the tap, so I tried calling Front Desk using the room tel., and had to redial 3x since NO ONE bothered to pick up!! 🤔😑 I ended up brushing my teeth with a little water left from a bottle of water & had to prepared to check-out... 😑😟 When I got to Front Desk & asked why theres no water, this female staff said they did not know the city would work on some pipes. (I find this really ODD, since everywhere, be it a 3rd world country or a 1st world nation, the public would always get notification of water disruption, so I really dont believe this)! Then, I asked how come nobody was picking up the phone, as I tried 3x to reach Front Desk, at separate intervals. This female staff said they were 3 in front, so its impossible not to pick up the phone! At that time, she was the ONLY one present. I did not see 2 other staff! Anyway, in order not to get more frustrated with those Morning circumstances, I just said I will check-out. Called my ride & waited by the lobby. As I left, no one else was there at the Front Desk, and I did not even get a Thank U or nothing! Almost had a nice experience, except with this unfriendly female staff!

Room was spacious and clean. The entire staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was very good- a lot of options. Mixed fruit was so fresh. Medical center is right across the street - always a good thing. Would absolutely stay there again.

We needed a spot for 1 night close to I87. This fit the bill. Management should remind front desk staff to smile and say hello at least she was efficient. The room was finr and spacious but the toilet did not work well. Free parking and breakfast also nice.

Nice and quiet. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful!! in room needed: broken shower head, bathroom tile grout dirty in some areas, 2nd day of stay housekeeping did not make bed or clean room, only dropped off clean towels and emptied garbage bin.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I did not like the breakfast environment. All of thr tables were occupied so I had to sit in the lobby in front of the sliding door. I felt a 20 degree breeze blow in everytime a guest entered or left. The dining room attendant seemed annoyed at all of the dirty dishes that accumulated - she was banging dishes in the middle of the dining area. I waited in a line for the buffet, but the bowl of scrambled eggs quickly depleted as did the hot water for tea. We stayed 2 nights and I was surprised to find on our second night the bed wasn't made by housekeeping. We did receive fresh towels, the coffee was restocked (although the mugs and water glasses were not) and the trash was taken out. We didn't place any personal belongings on the bed so there was nothing of value for the workers to touch or move. We assume making the bed and providing clean glassware is part of housekeeping.

We had excellent stay in Hyatt. Easy parking, very nice staff, comfortable rooms (we took two rooms), yummy breakfast.... just one thing we didnt try was the pool.. but overall, it was a perfect stay with family incl kids 3 yo and below 1yo.

We loved our King leisure room but the bathroom could have been larger. Very clean, staff were remarkable especially Linda our breakfast preparer, we would have liked the option of vending machines only because the little cafe basically only offered fried foods. But, we liked the Hyatt and we will use it again!
