"Brilliant hotel. Beautiful lobby and entrance area. Fast and efficient lifts. Spacious room (we had the deluxe) with a gigantic queen bed. The curtains were PROPER blackout and we slept so well because of this. Comfy pillows, all the mod cons you could need. Staff were extremely friendly :) was a great location. "

"Overall is a very best hotel but the receptionists might need to work more professional and faster. Spent more than 40 mins in the queue to check out. Yet, the rest of stay were very good with polite staffs from restaurant and good cleaner with well manner. Despite the reception, this hotel is still highly recommended. "

"Asked the hotel if it was possible for a room at the front of the hotel as it’s brighter that side but sadly we were given a side room in the attic which was a shame as it was very dark but all the same the hotel was as fabulous as ever. Staff exemplary, kind and attentive. Some building works going on at the moment but didn’t spoil our stay. "
