“It was almost perfect”
It was very clean very well decorated hotel and the room .Only problem was the inernet .NOt all the rooms are capable to receive the wifi. BUt all the other issues are perfectly orginized. and economic.

Stayed here for a week. Loved the contemporary decor, location of the hotel was perfect, and convenient.
“Good hotel in ideal location”
Rooms very comfortable and well sound proofed against traffic noise. Very convenient for sightseeing around Palma city centre, numerous restuarants and cafes nearby. Very good transport links: Bus from the airport stops just outside. 100m from the main railway station and the antique railway to Soller, the bus station, and several bus stops.
“Convenient location for business purposes.”
Big and comfortable bed. Convenient location: next to the subway if you need to do business North of the city and the train station to go Soller. No desk, so I had to use the shelf at the end of the bed. Internet access was acceptable.
“Excellent in most ways”
The best features are the location, the thick towels, and the concierge service. The breakfast is expensive, but of good quality and enough to keep us full for hours. It is hard to climb into the tub/shower; a grab bar would help. Since the hotel is located near the transportation hub, it is recommended for travelers wishing to visit other points in the island. All in all, this hotel is more than satisfactory.
“Best service ever”
In all the holidays i have been on i have never found staff so helpfull, friendly and welcoming, we have a problem on the first night with the electric but straight away they were sorting the problem and upgraded the room with out any hassel or waiting and even offered to move out bags for us. The rooms were clean and looked new. i would recomend this hotel and i would defanatly return. a huge thankyou to them all
“Pleased in Palma, Mallorca”
Our young and not-so-young extended family members all truly loved this hotel, with clean and spacious rooms, deluxe linens, generous and delicious breakfast buffet (make sure you include this option with your reservation for a wonderful start to each day), very helpful and friendly staff. Great location just half a block from train and bus stations. Short bus ride from the airport stops literally right at the hotel door! Across the street from nice, safe park and rose garden. A couple of blocks to good restaurants and shopping, 20-minute walk to the cathedral or beach. Don't miss the orange blossom-scented wooden train ride to the town of Soller that begins just steps from the hotel door. This hotel is a real find and very good value!
“Even better than expected”
Selected this hotel because of super location - right in the centre of Palma by Plaza Espana and adjacent to bus and train station. Very impressed by size, cleanliness and decor of room. Even although on a very busy main road we had no problem with noise. Would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely return
“Can't wait to go back!!!”
The hotel was fantastic; great location, great breakfast. We stayed on this hotel for 8 days and loved it. The room was small, but very comfortable, modern bathrooms; marble in everywhere. The hotel doens't have a parking a lot, but have a parking in lot underground and is not that expensive. Otherwise everything was perfect!!! In future, when we come back to Mallorca, we would like stay there again.
“cool trendy hotel”
great hotel. very well appointed rooms. clean, modern, stylish. very cool. good location, too. friendly front desk staff. nice little cafe; didn't try the restaurant cos i arrived late. loved this place. would not even bother looking at another place.
