“De reelles possibilites, peut mieux faire.”
Sejour gache par une meteo catastrophique. Le surclassement de la chambre en appartement deux pieces +sdb, fut tres sympathique, et le personnel adorable mais la facturation de toutes les demandes finit par devenir lassante. Le WIFI de la semaine a ete rembourse car il n'a fonctionne que 24 h. Pour les passiones de cyclisme, c'est le paradis. Par contre il est particulierment desagreable pour des epicuriens comme nous de sejourner en meme temps que des clients en "all inclusive", Cette option nous avait ete refusee alors qu'elle existait quelques jours plus tard.
“families orientated.”
The hotel is very good for families but very noisy for couples. Food is very good and plenty of it ! rooms slightly tired but overall OK . cleaning again good but very inconsistent on timing despite putting out cleaning cards. overall good to very good - just not for us.
“Iberostar Alcudia Park”
It is a very nice hotel in a very nice area. The beach is lovely although they charge for seats and shades at the beach (never had that happen before). The room itself was okay, although when we arrived the A/C was turned off and the staff told us that we couldn't turn it on because the heating was one, apparently the rooms in the shade still got chilly when the day outside was like 30ºC. After a while they agreed to turn it on and even sent someone to help in our room. Safe deposit box is not included in the price you pay, and you have to pay extra to be able to use it. We never ate there so I can't really say anything about the food. The room was very simple, but comfortable. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful.
“No Go”
This was the worst "all inclusive" I have ever stayed at. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I will tell you my issues. No internet upon our arrival. Internet was down for 6 days! Most all inclusives have 24 food or snacks. This place only served 3 meals. Snack was a stale piece of bread with Nutella. No room service at all. No waiters for drinks on beach or pool. Liquor selection was horrible.Only very few drinks served at outside bar. If you wanted a certain drink, you had to walk to the inside bar and wait behind a million kids ordering shirley temples. Drinks were bad as well. A Pina Colada was rum and pinapple juice with 2 pieces of ice. No frozen drinks. Food was catered towards Germans. Pork every meal. Room was ok. Had stove and fridge, but no food in room and fridge was empty. Bed for wife and I was 2 twins pushed together. They dont provide soap, shampoo, etc. The provide watered-down liquid soap in a dispenser in the shower. No wash cloth only towels. Hot water took 3 or 4 minutes to get to room on 5th floor. Shower curtain smelled sour like mildew. Hairdryer would overheat after 2 minutes. Let it cool then try again. TV was small and had one english channel. All others were in German. Maids were friendly and room was clean. Beach was beautiful. Had to drag out own chair from stack. At the time we went, water was too cold. Pool looked nice as well but too cold at this time of year. Staff was friendly. Would only recommend to Germans who like to ride bicycles.
