“Good Value for money”

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when our luggage was lost and did not arrive until the second day. They made numerous phone calls on our behalf. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. We had good use out of the pool and as stated it was a very short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc Overall, very good value for the money.

Really good basic hotel in good central location but set away from the noise. Very friendly staff who were happy to help with any query at any time of day or night. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed my stay!

“Good clean and welcoming hotel. Nice pool”

The hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly and very helpfull. The facilities were basic but cheap .. Ideal for a small family, We had a car and spent most of the day out and about. The beds were comfortable, no restrictions on room usage, spent some time on the balcony and had a few lunches bought from local shops on it. Very convenient for beaches and only 25 mins from the airport. Lots to do at Santa Ponsa and the surrounding areas.

“Great value hotel!”

For a one star hotel my expectations were surpassed. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The decor throughout the hotel was modern and the bar and snacks very handy. There was always someone available to serve you at the bar though sometimes you did have to wait a while. The continental breakfast buffet was ample and tasty and the pool area clean though there could have been a few more loungers. Overall the hotel Miranda offered comfortable, cheap accommodation in a quiet, secluded spot only 3 minutes walk away from the main town and beach.

“Quiet Famly Run Hotel”

I was looking for a quiet hotel near the beach and this is exactly what this hotel gave me. The advertised 300m from the beach is true but being in a resedential street the only views are of the apartment next door. While spotlessly clean the rooms are only basically furnished and no TV or coffee making services are provided. The room we had (108) was a good size for a twin room but the bathroom was tiny and the toilet had to be sat on diagonally. This along with the fact that the only way up to the rooms was stairs would not make this hotel not suitable for somebody with limited mobility. The family running the hotel were friendly and helpful. A complementary buffet style breakfast was provided which was adequate but basic. I would recommend this hotel for people wanting a reasonably cheap quiet getaway.

“A conseiller pour petit budget”

Bon rapport qualité/prix, en retrait du centre ville animé permettant des nuits reposantes, très proche de la mer (2min à pieds). Personnel de l'hotel agréable, le ventilateur fourni dans la chambre est appréciable pour des vacances d'été. Cependant les chambres sont mal isolées et insonorisées et un coup de neuf dans les salles de bains serait le bien venu !

“Very Disappointing”

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and were not made daily due to lack or existance of staff. The bedding was covered in a large stain that resembled sick. The bathroom was moldy and when the toilet rolls ran out and we asked for more, we were informed the hotel had none and so were given paper servettes to use.

the most basic of basic hotel more like a hostle for the homeless would never return
