For the price, the stay is great. Has all the basic things and is clean, we had an outdoor space too which is great especially for the Space. The staff/owners seem lovely however it is staffed certain hours a day just an fyi. The location is hmm interesting, seems to be a very busy spot but for me personally I wouldn’t stay in the area again. Dirty and trashy, close to main road with beaches and bars etc but all the food places nearby are terrible. The only ick we had ( 3 night stay ) was the rooms aren’t cleaned properly while you are there? They say they do daily room service but all they did was make the bed… they didn’t even provide daily fresh towels which is a bit poor. Overall, for price food stay for the accomodation but they need to work on their room servicing.

Easy check-in and checkout. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the beach and plenty of little supermarkets around. Was only there for two nights but would use again. If you have a car parking can be a bit of a nightmare

I can only recommend this place and I would stay there again without hesitation. We came after the front desk had closed. It's only manned from 9-2pm. However, it was easy to check in and get our key. The room was as described. The location was a 5 minute walk, maybe, to the sand beach. There were little supermarkets on every corner. It was convenient to the busses that we needed to ride into Palma and to get from and to the airport. Marcos (front desk manager) was very friendly. I asked about local restaurants and food. We ate breakfast every morning at a little place where I am sure we were the only tourists. It gave me time to practice my limited Spanish. He recommended specific restaurants for specific kinds of dishes. We ate at 3 of them and they were great.

Excellent place for stay
this is an excellent little hotel. very clean and cozy. close to the bars, shops, and restaurants as well as to the beach. The staff was so helpful and polite ready to help in any moment. We hope that next year the situation will be better for travel and that we will go there again

Could be great hotel but let down by staff and mostly the noise...can hear every sound and drunk groups of youths coming in through night..when speak to staff all you get is a smile and apology...if staying here pack earplugs and even then I probably wouldn’t bother, also cleaning..that’s just changing towels nothing more! Very disappointing and shattered to boot 😴

Thanks for your reply! Indeed this is a well-known party area, although despite being less than 10 minutes walking distance from the main party area we are located in small alley being really quiet for the area, also we work very hard every day to keep the hotel in silence we do not allow any loud noises at the hotel, also we always amend any noise complain immediately in case we didn't realize ourselves since we are 24 hours at reception. Our cleaning service is done daily quite thoroughly, in fact is one of our most well ranked features in all the channels, we don't know what could happen along your stay but you could have always come to reception and we would have try to make your stay the best possible with-in our possibilities. Again thanks for leaving your feedback and deep apologies to didn't fit your expectations.

Great little hotel
We were 2 couples, stayed for 3 nights last week. The best value for money hotel we have stayed in. Staff were excellent as were the continental breakfasts. The location is first class. Arenal is a good starting off point for exploring Majorca. Buses into Palma every 15 minutes only 1euro 50cents. Lots of restaurants to eat in. We would definitely stay here again

Colourful hotel close to the beach.
My partner and I chose Hotel Garau for a weekend away and we have been very pleasantly surprised. Our room was small but well organized, clean and colourful. The bed was really comfortable. The balcony was ideal to enjoy the first sunrays. The staff is friendly and helpful and makes an effort to speak English/German. The breakfast buffet was perfect.

Schlüsselabgabe war super. Preis war etwas zu teuer für das Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und in der Nachbarschaft hat ein Hund geklefft, den man ohne das Fenster auf gehabt zuhaben gehört hat. Erholsamer Schlaf also fehlgeschlagen. Die Lage ist ganz gut.

More than we expected
The total stay was amazing. It was me, my wife and our 2.6 year child. The hotel is 2 min walking from the beach, and all restaurants are just beside you. The hotel was quiet at night, the neighborhood as well which is rare since you are in mallorca. The room is big enough with a beautiful balcony and a big bathroom and shower. The staff is very friendly, they are a father and his son. The only thing that were not comfortable was the bed mattress, it was a bit hard, to be honest im not saying it was bad, but its not that comfortable at the same time. I would ofcourse come back to this hotel in our next visit.

Es müsste klar geschrieben werden das man die koffer bei später abreisexnicht im hitel stehen lassen kann. Man muß sich dafür im nahegelegenen hostel vorher eine kofferbox mieten und auch bezahlen Schade dasxes jein Frühstück mehr gibt.

Semble plus à un ensemble d'appartements regroupés qu'à un hôtel. Pas de petit déjeuner, accueil limité au matin. L'espace dans la chambre était limite pour être à 3 avec une enfant. Très bien situé par contre à environ 200m de la plage c'est super.

Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht. Nicht mehr nicht weniger. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis TOP! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich (Familienbetrieb) & hilfsbereit. Ich werde nur noch in dieses Hotel gehen, wenn ich nach Mallorca reise.
