Our room was of reasonable standard and cleaned every day. we were impressed by the quality of food in the restaurant the only think that let it down was it could have been hotter. 10 minute walk to a lovely beach. Sadly the hotel is surrounded by a number of cockerels who start at 4am and continue till dark. Our holiday was marred by German youth in the room next door and we had to ask security every night to shut them up.

Great stay in Majorca.
Very good Hotel for the money, food was excellent, great service from everyone, a bit dated but overall good. Parking can be a challenge, but is all the same in all Spain.

Great hotel in the wrong location
Hotel Bahamas II was stunning and spotless on arrival. Greeted by one of the receptionist who when checking us in, started to make conversation with others. Got to our room early than expected and room was perfect for our long weekend away. No fault to the room what so ever Later that day and during our stay we found the restaurant in the next hotel across the road, to nobody greeting us on arrival. Staff didn’t seem happy and were slow at cleaning tables. There was flies everywhere and you couldn’t get a one bite without one in your face. Food selection wasn’t brilliant. Never stayed around the hotel during the day, but evening entertainment seemed ok, mini discount for the children and adult entertainment after. The area it’s self is beautiful short walk to the beach and main area, but for those who are English I wouldn’t recommend staying here, with lack of English bars and some not welcoming you in because your not Dutch or German

Good Hotel
Hotel overall is good, facilities are good, staff are very friendly and helpful, cleaning personnel at least attending my room not polite at all, a bit disrespectful and bad at their job, as the room cleanliness after they supposedly cleaned was extremely poor, the room phone accumulated so much dust over the 2 weeks I stayed there that it was unusable. Bad quality control on room cleaning, but that was the only bad thing. I had half board so had breakfast and another meal, sometimes I had lunch and sometimes dinner, food overall has food flavor and there's enough variety each day. Hotel is located near an exit to the highway leading to Palma, not to close to all the clubs if you don't like noise, but not to far that you can't walk to them, beach is 5-10 minute walk and there are enough restaurants near and a great pizza place just across the street.

Did not use many of the hotel facilities, pool didn't open until 8am which is a bit late if you want to get out and explore the island. Evening meal there was plenty of choice and the food was decent, but coffee, tea and juices were not included for half board/all inclusive guests at dinner time, only at breakfast. Air con did not work very well and in 40+ degrees this made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Fridge did not work either. Meal times a bit restrictive,for early risers, breakfast was between 8am and 10am, and checking out before 8am we were informed government did not allow them to give guests anything for breakfast! A worrying large crack appeared down the wall in the room which I don't think was there at first and plaster work bulging

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bahamas. Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially liked the nights where they had live entertainment on the patio. The meals they provided were great and helped create more room in our budget for more activities around Mallorca. Cons: The beds were not very comfortable which was an issue because I have a bad back. I also wish they would have provided free wifi other than in the lobby.

1) Overpriced Wifi Access.€20 for 7 days. 2) Food not great. No ptions for foreigners. 3) Jacuzzi and Sauna charges are extra never seen this before.€10 for an hour. 4) Uncomfortable beds as all rooms have twin beds and they keep sliding away from the middle. 5) No microwave or kettle services for the room. No fridge in the room. No other cutlery in the room. 6) Room service staff not very efficient. Bedsheet wasn't changed for 3 days. 7) Mostly senior citizens stays here. 8) Lift didn't work properly. 9) Breakfast and Dinner only suitable for locals. Unsatisfied and would not recommend.

The room was booked as a family gift for two adults, to whom were given a room with trees views instead of a room with pool views as it was described within the booking. Precisely, room number 525, 5th floor, which was a total nightmare for its occupants, as they were disturbed by the sounds produced by some wild roosters who were singing what they were gifted with all night long, leaving no gap for getting a proper sleep or the desired relaxation throughout. When they wanted to use the hotel's health club, have been requested to pay 10 (ten) euros per person for just 1 (one) hour of use of the sauna or whatever they were offering, but not as advertised or complying with what was mentioned within the original booking, and to be noted that is not Hotels.com fault but Azuline's lack of transparency when it comes to what they really provide. The hotel is mainly designed for old people, most of them from Germany, as it was noticed during their stay, but probably it's somewhat different in summertime. Needless to say that, by far, this was the worst holiday stay ever experienced, as these were their exact words to describe what they felt. Overall, I would not recommend Azuline Bahamas to all those holidaygoers who really want for them a no bad experiences holiday, but the best time ever while in Mallorca. My best so far alternatives, would be hotels like Iberostar and Riu.

The sea-view room on 6th floor (top) had an excellent view. Breakfast was nothing special. One thing to note is that El Arenal is completely dominated by German tourists, which reflects on the catering etc. The service in the reception wasn't great, for instance I asked to borrow a pen for 2 minutes (because there was none in the room), they wouldn't let me. Other than that, I had a great stay at excellent price. (Room was on promotion.)

On the plus side, the receptionists were helpful, the breakfast buffet was varied, the swimming pool area is quite nice, and the rooms were adequately clean. However, there were many quite disappointing things. • Although my room had been booked “sea view”, I was first given a street view one. When I complained, it was exchanged for a sea view; however, apparently sea is just not visible from the 2rd (Spanish 3rd) floor at all. You should also be aware of the fact that if your room looks over the sea (well, the pool, actually), you will be able to go to sleep only after the daily disco is over. • The fruit at the breakfast buffet was not washed – real soil on apples and pears, and the dining room staff speak too little English to understand the problem, so it remained unsolved. • The cocktail list in the bar is very limited, the beer is served in Cola carton glasses, and the bartender is very rude. • The towels are not always changed without reminding, and the toiletries are provided in very small quantities (for example, I had to use two packets to wash my hair).

Go for the sea view on the higher floors, it's great. Breakfast is OK. Basic eggs and bacon, tea some fruit, nothing special. Room was clean and supplied with all the necessities, cleaned promptly. Neighborhood was relatively safe and walk to the beach was about 5 min. Overall great stay cosy hotel with good staff who could speak decent enough english.

Very nice hotel & friendly staff
A very nice and friendly hotel not too far from the beach (5 mins walk). It has a fantastic outside pool. The Jacuzzi costs 6euros an hour which we felt was a little steep. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would stay here again.

This is an older hotel but for a *** hotel nice facilities. Service is good and friendly staff. Unfortunately the food (buffet) is poor, not tasty and often cold. After trying the first bite at diner…we decided to go out for diner.

Arriver à 22h30 au lieu de 15 heures le chauffeur était désagréable avec tout le monde il nous jette littéralement 50 m avant l’hôtel il vous dit votre hôtel est là-bas Pas d’accueil on nous dit qui a à manger alors que il y a un buffet il y a trois tomates et trois carottes je suis sorti de l’hôtel à 23h avec ma fille pour aller chercher une pizza Alors que j’avais payé un repas J’avais réservé une chambre Premium vue, mer je me suis retrouvé avec une vieille chambre vue sur les arbres et vu sur une déchetterie enfin du balcon, quand je baisser mon regard, c’était tout plein de déchets, de bouteille de tout ce qu’on veut avec un lit, taché des poils dans la salle de bain, une télécommande casser, un frigo tout seul des fils électriques apparent qui je pense peuvent être dangereux je vous parle même pas du restaurant ils veulent mettre des nappes je pense qu’il ferait mieux de s’abstenir moi qui suis française quand je mange au restaurant avec une nappe, ça veut dire que l’hôtel et la nourriture est excellente l’animation, pas d’animation, un animateur qui danse tout seul j’ai été quatre ou cinq fois faire des réclamations pour avoir ma chambre vue mer on me disait toujours de revenir le lendemain je leur ai dit que j’avais payé pour cette chambre, mais il s’en fiche complètement en gros il aurait fallu que je passe toutes mes vacances à la réception et encore le restaurant, mais alors vraiment horrible nourriture horrible j’ai pris des photos vous l’avez vérifié c’est hôtel.

Afin de garantir que nos clients qui arrivent après la fermeture de notre restaurant puissent profiter de leur dîner, nous laissons préparé une variété de produits. Or, nous vous demandons des excuses si le dîner que nous avons préparé ne vous a pas plu. Quant à la chambre, nous vous avons attribué la chambre correspondant à la catégorie que vous avez réservé. En ce qui concerne le nettoyage, il faut dire que tous nos chambres sont rigoureusement nettoyées en suivant des stricts contrôles de qualité et hygiène. De plus, tout l’équipement de nos chambres répond aux exigences de sécurité nécessaires pour garantir un agréable séjour à nos clients. Or, nous vous demandons nos plus sincères excuses si vous avez eu quelque inconvénient en ce qui concerne l’équipement et nettoyage de la chambre.
