"THE MANAGER ROSEMARY IS GREAT SO PROFESSIONAL AND SO HELPFUL TO MAKE YOUR STAY WONDERFUL BECAUSE SHE REALIZES YOUR SPECIAL REQUESTES. ALL THE STAFF ARE AMAZING AND ALWAYS SMILE. "The property is quite nice with some level of privacy which is really amazing, great value for money!The location is very convenient,15 min drive from Malindi Airport ( depending on the roads condition ). We had some low points though ,like blackouts -very disappointing as food in the refrigerator got spoiled on two occasions!, edge reception upon checkin , irritating beach boys, and NO PRIVATE BEACH! also the air conditioning system wasnt working most times. I think its a great place if management could work on customer satisfaction and experience."
