“Very good. Would go back again.”
Very good hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Good selection of breakfast items - would recommend booking breakfast in advance though or else you pay double. Hotel is 2-3 mins walk from the beach, which again is very good (obviously it does not beat the beach at Puerto Banus). BTW, hotel gives free swimming pool/beach towels so no need to carry your own. Unless you intend to spend your entire stay at the hotel, would definitely recommend hiring a car as everything except the beach is a car/cab ride away. Goes without saying, if you are staying here, you must plan to visit the centre of Marbella & Puerto Banus. Dinner and the bar at the hotel were so so. Convenient if you aren't in a mood to go out. However, Las Banderas (3-4 mins) and The Beach House (8-10 mins) are within walking distance. Fish dishes at LB were awesome. All 3 (hotel, LB and TBH) a bit pricey for the whole family to eat out every night for a week so try some cheap and cheerful restaurants in Elviria (~0.5 mile away, oppo. side of Don Carlos on the A-7). Food at Oriental Place is good and reasonably priced. Note: Vincci Estrella del Mar is more comparable to other 5* resorts/hotels in the area than with a 5* hotel in a big city. If that makes sense. It's a nice hotel, the staff is good and during our stay everything stood out as 5*, inlcuding the weather!
“un hotel magnifique”
Nous avons séjourné 5jours au Vinci Estrella Del Mar de Marbella et nous n'avons pas été déçu.C'est un hôtel tout neuf avec une architecture de type arabo-andaloue, les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain, équipé d'un double lavabo, d'une baignoire et d'une douche est très pratique lorsqu'on est deux.Il y a trois piscines bien entretenues et le petit déjeuner continental servi jusque 11 heures est correct.L'hôtel est calme et agréable, nous y avons passé un séjour de princesse entre copines.
“Extremely quiet, but everything of a first class standard”
Stayed here during Christmas and New Year for a touch of rest and relaxation, and would summarise as follows:- 1. Hotel is first class in terms of service and standards and friendliness of the staff. 2. Prices for food and drink are not cheap! 3. The hotel and surrounding district (not very salubrious) were eerily like a ghost town. Less than 10 % of the rooms were occupied. 4. A car is essential to explore the delights of Marbella and beyond. 5. Overall I would definetly return (if I could get another good deal).
“Vincci Estrella del Mar : proche plage”
Hôtel récent à la déco moderne et confortable dans l'esprit andalou. Très beau parc, belles piscines, inclus petit bassin enfant de belle taille, et très proche de la plage (pas très belle). Petit déjeûner copieux et très varié, possibilité de repas sur place : le seul restaurant ouvert le soir un peu cher. L'hôtel est bien insonorisé et très calme à condition d'éviter les chambres donnant sur la voie rapide, pas très éloignée. Il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer dans les environs : Marbella à quelques km. Miniclub pour les 4-12 ans.En conclusion : nous avons adoré ce très bel endroit où nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
“Perfect”
If you need some R&R, this is the hotel to relax in. Fantastic lounging options around some nice pools. Impressive lobby and dinning area. Counter to most European hotels, the rooms were exceptionally large and comfortable and the bathrooms were very modern.
“EXCELLENT HOTEL”
My wife and I went to this hotel for what we hoped would be a high quality, quiet mid week break. We were delighted with every aspect of this hotel and we would thoroughly recommend it. It was immaculately clean, very nicely furnished, and in excellent order all round. The facilities were all very good and the staff were amongst the friendliest and most helpful that we have encountered anywhere in the world. We are already working out when we might be able to go back and visit again. All in all, in our opinion, a great hotel.
“5* hotel and 5* treatment”
As a brand new hotel, it has everything you could wish for. Rooms are large, including the bathroom which has separate toilet, wet room and bath (big enough for 2!) There are four swimming pools, plenty of sun loungers and poolside refreshments. Food is good but maybe on the expensive side.
“Modern and luxurious”
Estrella del Mar is a great hotel for a quiet, relaxing getaway. It's worth noting that the hotel is 7km to the east of Marbella, which suited us well, as the situation is a quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach. The room was great value. Pool area was peaceful and a relaxing environment to catch up on some reading. Would definitely recommend.

i would reccommend the vincci hotel its a very relaxed place the staff were friendly the food great the pool area was lovely the sun beds were out of this world we had a great holiday
