“Sol Timor ,Costa del Sol”

Great hotel with everything you could want. Very close to beach and near many bars restaurants etc but there was no noise ! Not 5 star but considering the price and condition of rooms what a bargain. We got a free upgrade to a 4 room apartment with bedroom,kitchen,toilet and lounge area with big tv. All rooms seemed to have a sea view and the pool area was nice and clean (charge for sunbeds though) with a bar area. Staff were very helpful and check-in/out was painless and efficient. All in all a great hotel for the price.

“perfect location”

my mum is 77 with heart problems and the convienence of this hotel to all surrounding facilities and attractions is briliant. we also felt very safe and there was 24 hours reception where they would be happy to help you with any problem or information.

“Hôtel en bord de mer d'un rapport qualité prix imbattable”

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une durée de 5 jours. Il faisait très chaud la journée mais la nuit nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur car nous étions mi septembre. Je suppose qu'en juillet aout sans clim c'est assez dur! Mais on peut louer des ventilateurs ou des climatiseurs. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite! Au bord de la mer! et pour faire les boutiques (Zara, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Mango...) un bus nous y conduit en 10 minutes! J'y retournerai sans hésiter!

“One of the Locations near the Marina”

The hotels was in a great location and Neighborhood but the only inconvenience was that the rooms doesn't have air condition. It was a great vacation

proche de la plage. menage fait un jour sur 2. proche des commerces. tous le necessaire sur place. (boutique, machine a cafe...) nourriture en supplement dans l hotel mais prix pas specialement interessant. microonde et frigo dans la chambre

“Sol Timor is the Ryan Air of hotels...”

...Its cheap, basic, and it does the job well... but if you want any extras you'll have to pay. Most importantly the rooms are not air-conditioned and you will have to pay a small fee to hire a fan, we asked for a room at the top of the building (as other reviewers had suggested) and the reception staff kindly obliged. This distanced us from the noisy bars to the rear of the building but it was still very hot at night without air-conditioning. The hotels interior is slightly dated, but throughout it was clean and well maintained. The pool and surrounding gardens were clean and tidy and located right on the sea front it made for a pleasant area to chill out during the day. If you need a basic and clean place to stay on the Costa Del Sol for a sensible price then I would certainly recommend Sol Timor.

“Better than expected”

After reading previous reviews I was a bit dubious about staying at this hotel. I have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful and although there was building work going on whilst we were there it didn't interrupt our stay at all. We went for a friends birthday and no one in our group of 15 had any complaints.
