Property Amenities
The modern hotel Sol Principe occupies more than 15,000 m2, enabling the creation of different environments for youth and adults. The outdoor patio features a giant lagoon-style swimming pool, as well as two children's pools, and another pool with direct access to the seaside promenade, beach. Another indoor heated pool (closed summer). The lagoon-style pool features light music during the day and spectacular lighting at night. Free sun loungers. Within the hotel are15 meeting or conference rooms, distributed over 13,000 m2, the largest with a capactiy of 850+. WiFi connection throughout hotel (surcharge). Internet corner. Flintstones Fun Park with adventure activities (surcharge). Three children's clubs by age groups (8mo. to 2 years, 3 to 5 years, and 6 to 12 years.) Gallery of shops: supermarket (in season), boutiques, gifts shops, newstand, hairdresser, medical service, massage and beauty treatment center, public telephone booths. Laundry service + laudromat. Hotel is accessible to the handicapped. Limited space in private outside parking (no supervision).

In-room safe. Double rooms and family rooms and rooms with kitchenette available with views of pool or sea.

SOGOOD Restaurant with spectacular sea view and covered terrace offers buffets with show cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snack-bar Bronto Burguer is a self-service with single course meals and snacks with the Flintstones theme (in season). SOFUN Cafeteria serves snacks with live music several days per week. "El Turco" sports bar with Sat TV. New poolside bar "Caribe" (in season). Complete entertainment program for adults includes sports and fitness activities and novelty shows in the evenings (in season).

“Great family hotel for some beach and pool time!”
What a great hotel and a super bang for your buck! We stayed for two nights with our three year old son. The swimming area for children was incredible! Definitely get the breakfast buffet with your room; it´s a great value and the selection is wonderful. It´s not a Las Vegas buffet mind you, but still was a welcomed treat that exceeded our expectations for Spain! Very clean. It´s right next to teh beach - just walk from the swimming pool to the beach in 1 minute. We took a cab from the airport and I think we got overcharged (30 euros), but there were 5 of us and 5 suitcases. You could potentially walk to the bus stop or train stop (Torremolinas stop) from the hotel, but I wouldn´t recommend it at night if you don´t know where you´re going because it´s about a 15 minute walk with a few turns. Overall, a GREAT hotel!
“January trip to the warmth of Spain!”
Have stayed here 4 times now and my wife and I both enjoy everything about it. Look forward to our next visit later in the year. Staff are very very pleasant.

Great hotel, beautiful area. The pools and gardens are great! The breakfast buffet had EVERYTHING! Close to the beach. Amazing time!
“Lovely surprise.”
Room although not over large was very clean, well equiped and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Although we did not avail ourselves of any of the entertainment there appeared to be plenty for both adults and children. Very family orientated however one pool out of the three had no shallow area so was relatively child free (good idea!). Well situated, not too near to town centre and just across road from the beach. Breakfast and evening meal buffets were excellent and very varied, something for everyone.

First class Hotel!! Food could not be faulted! Freshly cooked in front of you! (from fish to meats to paellas to steaks to you name it it was there for your delight! Rooms first class! Swimming lagoon is fantastic! Adult pool is quiet and set well away from the "Lagoon" We could not find any bad features at all for the "Sol Principe"

Bon hotel avec un personnel agréable, grande piscine (fin avril) . Les petits déjeuners et les diners sont variés et de qualités. Nous avons eu une chambre très propre avec balcon vue mer.

Good location, lots of seafood, nice beach.. Very affordable vacation place. Need more of sun block lotion if you go there in summer time..

Hôtel accueillant, très propre. La réception et beaucoup de personnel parle français. A 15 mn à pied de Torremolinos en passant par la promenade animée le long de la plage (bars, restaurants, "chirringuitos". Commerces partout. Personnel impeccable. Chambres "nickel". Belle vue sur la piscine et la mer si on est placé face à la mer. Au restaurant : buffets variés et de très bonne qualité (poissons grillés...). Impression générale : simple mais très correct.

will be going back again,all in all the hotel was excellent,went with my husband daughter and grandson,aged 10.He loved the childrens entertainment the food was buffet style many choices The staff were really friendly
