The location is great. The condition of the property though is not great. We had stains on the carpet in our room and a smell that didnt go.away. the rooms are very dated. Mattress was horrid. We were just there for 1 night so made it work. The staff though was very nice.

Great Location in Ronda
Hotel Polo is wonderful. The rooms were great, the service exquisite. The communication was great beforehand; they were concerned that we would arrive in time to get instructions, etc. In short, they cared. Would stay there again certainly.

good hotel sorry for the terrace
one thing that bothered me a lot is that it doesn't have a parking space, although in the reservation it deceives you that it does!!! , the room is ok close to the old center, but be careful with the parking because there is none ,and another thing, they don't let you use the terrace if you want to smoke only if you consume something from the hotel, you can't use it with your drink or some food, that is, with something personal only if you buy something from the hotel

Great value in a very convenient location just a few minutes’ walk from El Train gorge and the Ronda bullring. Very pleasant rooftop patio. Parking is at a nearby underground garage and is quite reasonably priced. Overall a great value!

Great value, central location!
We had a quick overnight in Ronda on our 2 week family vacation. The quadruple room had a partial wall that gave a little separation between the bunks and our bed which was nice. This place was a great value, centrally located, and had a pleasant staff. We ate at the cafe downstairs but went a la carte instead of adding the buffet. They have many yummy options so I would recommend checking the menu before deciding.

The hotel was clean and in a good location, but the room was small. It was tidy and close to things to do, but there wasn't much room to move around. Keep that in mind if you want a bigger space. For who visit by car, there are a lot of parking options around.

Good location. Room was clean and quite large. The only suggestion we would have is with regard to the bath products provided, which were minimal and difficult use.

Very clean and eco friendly hotel. Less than 10 min walk to the iconic bridge. Quiet and spacious room. Rate is very economical at this low season. Highly recommended.

Affordable hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice rooftop area with self serve wine and beer options and the little adjacent cafe was perfect for breakfast. Our king bedroom had 3 balconies and lot’s of natural light. For the price point, it is a good 3 star hotel.

The perfect stop over
A great hotel set in a prime location. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Staff were very attentive and gave plenty of useful information of where to go and what restaurants they recommended. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return

Great time in Ronda
We booked last minute as in we were directly outside the hotel when we called. We got a clean spacious comfortable room in Ronda for only 50E. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, giving us information that enhanced our stay and experience of the city. Can't say enough good things about these people.

A good no-frills option that is clean and refreshed (not remodeled). Good location by the Alameda de Tajo and a short walk to nearby restaurants and sites. Breakfast in the connected cafe is enjoyable.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of Ronda.

Facilities and old but hotel is clean and cosy
The hotel facilities are old but overall speaking it is clean and cosy hotel. There is a indoor parking just at the back of the hotel and hotel residents can enjoy a 17% discount.

The setting was ideal within three blocks of the bull ring and the iconic New Bridge. There are cheap tapas restaurants within a short distance and good live music as well.

Loved this place! Quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious. Helpful , friendly staff. Great rooftop terrace with honor system bar for food and drinks. Kitchen area downstairs with refrigerator for guests. Convenient to great restaurants and park. Cute cafe on premises.House of Guitars is one half block from Polo. Paco Seco performs classical guitar concerts nightly at 7:00. Great musician! We went 2 consecutive nights.

Loved this place because they had excellent customer service, great location a near many public parking places. The hotel offers a discounted parking, not on premises but most definitely helps with trying to find a spot. Super clean, comfy bed. Would definitely stay at this place again. Thank you!
