Lovely room and bathroom facilities. Exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable especially the choice of pillows and bedlinen. Extremely good value.

A nice 4 star hotel. Great Brkfst buffet! Nice view from rm. Good location to use as a base, not so much as a destination. Needs just a small bit of attention to be a 5 star.

“Personnel charmant et très professionnel”
Le centre de thalossothérapie est remarquable; les massages étaient de haute qualité. D'autre part, j'ai eu un problème de santé et la réaction de l'hotel a été remarquable: contact d'un médecin d'urgence, grande disponbilité du personnel, le Directeur m'a remis son numéro de portable, les soins ont été annulés et remboursés. Vraiment un GRAND hotel!
“Fantastic”
Breakfast was buffet style, had everything you could possibly want and lots of it. The pool was fantastic, cleaned regularly and towels/ loungers freely available. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a week there and saw it being cleaned on a regular basis. The private beach was nice and sandy.

grande discordance entre les services de l'hotel et la qualitée de la plage .plage non nettoyée transats sales pas acces à la mer pour èviter les galets parasols minables bref absolument pas une plage de reve alors que la piscine est super .Absence de navette pour le centre d'estepona obligation de prendre des taxis ce qui augmente considerablement le budget!!
“Brilliant relaxing winter break”
We stayed at the Gran Hotel Elba Estepona for 4 nights from 19th February, for a short and relaxing break. The hotel was very quiet, but I would expect that in February as it is not peak season. That was part of its charm as it was relaxed and we had the indoor pool to ourselves each day, which with our 3 year old was fantastic. The hotel was luxurious, very impressed with the communal areas, spa, pools, gardens and the bathrooms particularly. The spa was fantastic and the treatments well priced and of good quality. We have stayed in the costa del sol a number of times before and in terms of location, the hotel was not as ideally placed as we are used to in the Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia region. Food was nice, but the restaurants were priced quite highly. The hotel staff were excellent, customer service fantastic, and as usual the spanish staff were great and very attentive towards our little boy even in the restaurant in the evening. Slight negative was that the hot water in the bathrooms took about 10 minutes to warm up, so you had to leave the taps running for what felt like an age, and the hotel put us at the far left hand wing on the 2nd floor when there were ltos of other rooms available nearer the hotel pools, restaurants. It was a long walk with a slepy 3 year old and the lift outside our room didnt work. On the whole it was a lovely break and a great hotel despite a couple of minor niggles, we had a fantastic time.
“Un peu déçu ,j'attendais autre chose d'un 5*GL”
Les chambre et sdb sont superbes avec une très belle vue sur la mer ,la plage est assez médiocre mais il y a de très belles piscines. Nous déplorons les prix très excessifs des consommations en général mais surtout aux différents restaurants qui offraient une cuisine décevante très peu digne d'un 5*GL. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était par contre excellent ,tant par la variété que par la qualité des produits. L'accès au parcours thalasso est payant ,au même prix (très élévé),que vous résidiez à l'hotel ou non et ce même si vous avez pris des soins ce que j'ai trouve quand même assez abusif vu les tarifs pratiqués
“Lovely hotel with excellent rooms and service.”
Situated on beach but beach is pebbly and I would think not ideal for swimming. Hotel pools excellent and very good service. All amenities within hotel but need taxi to get out and about in both directions. On outskirts of Estopona. Five start hotel but with five star prices for food. Good restaurants. Would stay there again.
