“Very impressed.”

A very well presented hotel, efficient and friendly staff. We were very pleased with the apartment: a 3 room affair with bathroom, bedroom and combined lounge / kitchenette. The fridge was nice and cold when we arrived, everything worked, cleaned every day, comfortable bed and sofa. And the balcony - even in late October - was a sun-filled bliss. We didn't try the restaurant or outside pool, but they looked fine. The inside pool was lovely and warm, clean, and deserted!!

“DEMAND A ROOM ABOVE THE FOURTH FLOOR!!!”

We traveled from California to Torremolinos to be placed in a room with a view of the roof and a row of air conditioners. When I immediately went down to the desk to request a room above the 4th floor, I was told it was impossible. So, we spent two weeks with a no view, next door to a noisy bunch of drunks who kept us awake every night for a week., even when we complained to the front desk and 1:30 am & 3:30 am. They should have been asked to vacate when this occurred almost every night. I will never stay there again if I do go to Torremolinos. Shame on the hotel for placing older folks and families next to rowdy, young, inconsiderate travelers, then making us suffer. If we had not prepaid for the room, we would have moved down to the Bajandillo Aparthotel run by people who care. The rooms are in dire need of updating and painting. They are just tired and dingy--room & furniture. The maids were friendly and efficient, but they can only do so much with dumpy rooms. We actually left a day early . If you use this hotel, DEMAND A ROOM ABOVE THE FOURTH FLOOR!!! before you go! And, if you get uncaring neighbors, call the front desk constantly until they're asked to leave, or relocated to another room.
