"Perfect location , great renovation! "
I stayed in new world hotel 2 years ago for five days and I can see the great improvement of the hotels renovation. The lobby has a chic art decor like the grand hyatt in Tokyo . The bedroom was big . I love most is the bed it was huge and pillow was soft. I just hope they put washer at the toilet . The location too was perfect since im staying here overnight this time i ca meet my friends for dinner across the hotel greenbelt. Overall it was perfect.

"Excellent location. Clean, comfortable rooms. "
New hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Staff needs to work out kinks. Hotel is unfinished. Breakfast is limited. Staff was unable to provide access to the business center outside of normal hours of operation. This was an inconvenience for international guests where there is large time difference from Manila. I had to walk over to the Peninsula hotel, where it was not a problem to access the business center during off hours.

"Staycation after moving here"
I was in transit from the USA for over 30 hours and quite haggard. My friends brought me from NAIA at 0500 ish. My initial impression was so favorable and it remained perfect the entire time I was able to entertainment my guests in great comfort. The room was wonderful and the entire staff was uber professional. Like MacArthur; I shall return!

"Very nice apartment and good location "
We really enjoyed our stay in Ascott. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which is very spacious and clean. The facilities are excellent, the only thing I'm not impressed is the lack of attention of staff. Staff in the reception are not very welcoming especially Patrick ( you need to smile more and have a sense of humour). There was an incident that we went out of the hotel and want to get a taxi heading to Paranaque, as we were standing outside the entrance there were two people ahead of us in the queue and taxi didn't took long and when it came to our turn, the staff that was calling the taxi did approached us saying that we shouldn't be there that we should go to the taxi lane on the right hand side of the building. I questioned him why we have to go there we've been waiting in the queue and he said that that line is only for Ascott guess which I was gutted. I told him that we are staying in Ascott and gave him the room number. There were four of them in the lobby and nobody did noticed us coming out of the building.. It's minor thing but made feel really upset that day..

"Great location!"
Manila is a big city and not all of it is pleasant. The Crown Regency is in Makati City, an area most foreign visitors will find to be within their comfort zone, being the banking and commercial center of the country. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport, is surrounded by excellent shopping and a great choice of restaurants -- and it's reasonably priced. The in-room wifi signal is up and down so I would rate it as unreliable. I found the staff to be very friendly and though it isn't perfect, I will stay here again. Love love love the location...

"Super apartment for money"
I booked a 2 bed apartment as it was significantly cheaper than two rooms at the Shangri La but this was my dollar. Got there no hassle check in everything ready. I then walked into 405 and was blown away huge is the single word that describes it. I have twins so this was a bonus. Near to all shopping in Makati plus restaurants so all in all I would go back every time Tip get the hotel to send a better map and directions as all taxi drivers struggled to find it quickly

    Makati Hotels Guide

This is the commercial and financial centre of town, with Ayala Avenue considered the equivalent of New York’s Wall Street. Many multi-national companies have set up headquarters, alongside up-market shopping malls, luxury hotels, and a variety of cultural and recreational distractions. The relatively high numbers of ex-pats give the district a distinct cosmopolitan flavour.
