The staff was very helpful and the hotel is nice. I enjoyed having dinner with my family at the hotel restaurant! The only thing is no transportation from the train station.

Overnight stay after cancelled flight.
Having been abandoned in Berlin airport by Easyjet cancelling our flight at 11:30pm, we were desperate for somewhere to put our one year old to bed. The hotel was close to the airport (although the taxi fare was extortionate) and the staff were very kind and friendly. The room was just what we needed and the bed was comfortable. As we had to leave at 6am we did not have the opportunity of using the facilities but they looked good.

Hotel Disappointment
I’ll start with the only positive thing I have to say. The size on the room was nice. The walkways around were full of debris and overgrown, the flag was frayed and torn, the sign was pealing. There was no transportation from the hotel to the Airport, it’s quite a walk to the nearest bus stop. I thought a shower would help, I touched the bar when you adjust the temperature, so I wouldn’t fall when washing my feet, and I was having a cool shower as it was hot, and I got burnt by the metal. It was the worst hotel stay in my memory.

Great hotel 20min from BER
Staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Hotel was clean, breakfast was phenomenal, the whole experience was redeeming since our last stay in a BW.

The staff was really nice, but the area is far from the airport about 20 minute drive, there is nothing around the hotel, the room had some convenient features but the carpet had stains all over and the tv was jammed in the corner on a tiny table that was standing over the third bed which was dangerous and kept hitting it at night. The area was also noisy right next to a major road. Closed the windows and could still hear the cars.

Although it is said that near to airport, not even close to airport and the nearest bus station needs to walk 8 mins. Actually if there is no bus to transit, you can only call taxi or Uber. Also the hotel didn’t provide bottle of water, shampoo, slippers. But overall the room suits for 3 persons. No noise even closer to main road.

business hotel - quiet at weekends, fantastic buffet breakfast at 13€, clean, great bathroom in a smallish room, european size beds, very good matrsses and wonderful german style bed sheets - loved it. Travelers from the US be aware you need digital proof of vaccination, CDC cards not accepted. Pharmacies may transscribe your CDC card but may not because vaccine batch data from the US cannot be recognized by the EU database. Better take care of that up front, they won‘t check you in without.

Generally good !!!
In general, overall good. A little annoying by flies whilst we are in the restaurant but it is understandable. A bit difficult to find a hotel especially by driving at night. Except above, everything was okay.

To be honest, our air condition is working well in every room. Why did you not ask somebody to inform you how to handle. There is as wll an instrucion messge on the writing desk. We do not know what raid noise you where hearing. Would you please inform us.

Exellent the kindness and the professionality of the staff in general but above all I really appreciated the customer care provided by the reception.I didn't appreciate that there wasn't a shuttle service from/to Schonefeld airport,even though the transportation via train was efficient and punctual.
