Very contemporary and cool look, but not ideal
The hotel has a great look. Having dinner overlooking the contemporary Ottoman-style illuminated buildings is wonderful. But the general functioning of the hotel is not up to par. It's certainly not "luxurious." The bathroom doors don't close properly. The quality of the food at dinner is not that great (breakfast is better, by the way). The pathways at night are poorly lit and difficult to navigate. You have to go through the dining area from the pool back to your room. The internet is intermittent. This hotel clearly has aspirations, but the potential has still not been met.

Nice hotel, great staff.
It was disappointing that it's advertised as a spa hotel but the spa costs extra. Also the pool was not yet commissioned and it would have been nice to have known there would be no pool before arriving. The staff were amazing. Very nice people. Location was great.

The hotel is set in a charming location with large rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Our kids loved it and we enjoyed the free spa and amazing view. Food was also good. Staff is a bit challenged, with multiple errors per reservation, so double check the room readiness before you get in and that it's of the correct type (we were downgraded without notice). Pool is freezing cold.

Great location above the village of Tsagkarada.
This hotel is well maintained and has a very pleasant and caring staff. The food at breakfast and dinner were good and the spa facilities were also good. One of the best hotels in the Mt Pelion area. We would return to this hotel without hesitation

Es liegt sehr schön ruhig in den Bergen.Toller Ausblick. Teilweise schön renovierte Zimmer. Immer frische Luft. Tolles Frühstück. Personal sehr gut oder sehr schlecht. Die Pool Landschaft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte etwas liebevoller gestaltet sein.

מלון מקסים במיקום מעולה
מלון מקסים במיקום מעולה כ 10 דקות מכל החופים המקסימים של האיזור מילופותמוס וחוף ממה מיה דמוכרי. המלון יפה ונקי, מתאים לילדים הצוות אדיב ועוזר. אולי בגלל שהיינו בספטמבר ולא ביולי אוגוסט, ארוחת הבוקר לא תאמה את הסטנדרט של המלון. המאפים לא היו טריים אבל היה מספיק מה לאכול. ספא מצויין והיינו לבד במלון כך שגם הילדים נכנסו חופשי. אנחנו היינו בסוויטה משפחתית שהיתה קצת חשוכה.

Hôtel qui se voudrait plus standing qu'il n'est. Style austère mais c'est le style de ces montagnes grecques, isolé, dans la forêt avec vue sur mer au loin, pour chercheur de calme romantique. Chambre très spacieuse (genre suite) mais pas cosy, petit déjeuner pas mal,spa bien. Ensuite service étrange pas homogène, manager très sympa, la réceptionniste un cerbère...! Beaucoup de travail à faire, notamment amélioration accent en anglais et autre, avant d'atteindre les niveaux de service des hôtels asiatiques, très loin, on a l'impression de les ennuyer dès que l'on pose une question, surtout la cerbère. Rapport qualité prix assez correct hors saison petit déj compris.

Nice but confusing
Lovely staff and breakfast. The pool area very nice but a bit confusing layout of the hotel. Eg No showers by the pool and to use restrooms you have to go through the restaurant. Rooms in different levels dotted around the premises not easy f you had a stroller or are a bit disabled. and and Clean rooms with nice Nuxe products. But the as mentioned the staff is really friendly

Bel hôtel design dans le style traditionnel du Pelion. Piscine, spa, tennis. Plages à 20 minutes en voiture. Bon petit déjeuner Personnel sympathique mais pas toujours très dynamique

Nous avons séjourné six nuits dans ce bijou entouré de bois et donnant sur la mer. Que dire à part le fait que c'est un lieu à découvrir car toute la région du Pilon ouest mérite d'être connue pour ses belles plages et ses montagnes à la végétation luxuriante due aux eaux abondantes qui coulent partout. L'hôtel lui-même est magnifique et très bien entretenu grâce à la charmante Lia "la Directrice" qui se plie en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Aussi bien que tout le personnel souriant et serviable.

De rit naar het hotel is best intensief. Haarspeldbochten en heel wat hoogteverschil moet je wel willen trotseren. Maar dan kom je aan op het mooie domein en de lavendel in bloei... Onze kamer kwam overeen met onze verwachtingen. We verbleven in de executive suite met 3 personen en die was zeker ruim genoeg. Overal zijn zetels aanwezig die de kamer gezellig, maar ook gerieflijk maken. De regendouche is zeer goed, de airco zeer goed regelbaar. In de kleine keuken maak je thee en koffie. Er zijn twee flatsceens en een toffe muziekinstallatie. Niks op aan te merken. We zijn 2 keer bij het zwembad geweest tijdens ons korte verblijf. Dat is prima. De cocktails die de vriendelijke bediening voor ons maakte waren van de beste die we in Griekenland hebben mogen proeven. Het restaurant viel wat tegen. Het is relatief prijzig en de kwaliteit is niet top. Je kan dichtbij lekkerder eten voor minder geld (probeer bijvoorbeeld Taverna Agnanti eens - verstopt op een pleintje met een prachtige boom op 1 km van het hotel). Het ontbijt was super. Je kan eigenlijk alles bestellen waar je zin in hebt. De tweede ochtend was het meisje in opleiding wat onzeker omdat ze geen Engels sprak, maar de receptioniste heeft dat opgelost. WiFi werkte soms niet op de kamer, meestal wel in de receptie/zwembad/restaurant/bar. De Spa behandelingen zijn ok. Het meisje was correct en de massage deed deugd. De sauna/hammam/jacuzzi zijn ook proper.

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο
Πρόκειται για ένα Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία καθώς το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά μέσα στο δάσος ενώ η θέα του Αιγαίου από ψηλά είναι μοναδική (σημείωση για να φτάσεις στο ξενοδοχείο τα τελευταία 100-200 μέτρα είναι χωματόδρομος οπότε να κάποιος έχει αμάξι χωρίς καλές αναρτήσεις ή που είναι αγωνιστικό και συνεπώς χαμηλό να το σκεφτεί προτού φτάσει εκεί με το αμάξι του). Το ξενοδοχείο περιλαμβάνει όλες τις ανέσεις που περιμένει κάποιος από ένα ξενοδοχείο της κατηγορίας του. Το φαγητό είναι αρκετά καλό και τα δωμάτια έχουν τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για να νιώσει κάποιος άνετα. Η Τσαγκαράδα είναι πραγματικά μοναδική και η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι τέτοια που σου επιτρέπει να την απολαύσεις. Μοναδικά μείον του ξενοδοχείου ήταν το στενό ντους που είχε το δωμάτιο μας και το γεγονός ότι το μπάνιο δεν είχε παράθυρο. Τέλος το γεγονός ότι αν έχετε μικρά παιδιά πέρα από την πισίνα δεν έχει κάποιο παιδότοπο για να απασχοληθούν. Έχει κάποιες δραστηριότητες όπως μπιλιάρδο αλλά απευθύνεται σε παιδιά μεγαλύτερης ηλικίας από το δικό μου τουλάχιστον. Σχετικά με τις υπόλοιπες προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου όπως σπα, τένις κλπ δεν τα δοκιμάσαμε οπότε δεν μπορώ να εκφέρω γνώμη. Γενικά θα το συνιστούσα σε ζευγάρια και σε οικογένειες με παιδιά άνω το 8-10 ετών.

καλό αλλα υπερτιμημένο ξενοδοχείο
είναι εμφάνής η έλλειψη σωστού management, την μια μερα ήρθαν για καθαριοτητα στις 17.00, που κοιμοντουσαν τα παιδια . η δικαιολοία ήταν οτι είχαν πολλες αφιξεις και δεν προλαβνε !!! 10 λε[πτα περιμένα,ε για να ερθει ζεστο νερο . απαραδεκτα πραγματα για ξενοδοχειο 5 αστερων

In der Gegend gibt es sehr viele komfortable, kleine Privathotels oder Pensionen in ausgzeichneter Lage (z.B. auf einer Seite des Zimmers Meer, auf der anderen Fensterseite des Zimmers Berge), die man aber vorher nicht kennt und die sogar preiswerter sind. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt in der Gegend bräuchte man also nicht wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist überteuert- verglichen mit einigen sehr hübschen Tavernen in der Umgegend, die wesentlich bessere Gerichte anbieten. Auch hatten wir offiziell zwar einen gemeinsamen Vorplatz/ Parkplatz vor unserem Chalet mit dem griechischen Ehepaar des Nachbarchalets. Dieses Ehepaar behauptete jedoch schlicht zu uns, der Platz gehöre allein ihnen und stellte das eigene Auto so diagonal, dass wir unser Auto nicht mit hin stellen konnten. Hier hätte die Rezeption etwas zu diesem Ehepaar sagen können. Aber man kann Streit aus dem Wege gehen und das Fahrzeug an anderer Stelle abstellen. Die Chalets sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft.
