“What an experience!”

If you are looking for a chic and stylist hotel that you will be proud to walk into then you have to try Hotel Urban! You will experience true 5* treatment from the moment you walk in to the moment the doorman whisks over to take your cases to the taxi he has flagged down for you. You will receive comlimentary wine and have sweets left on your pillow every night! You will have to pay a little extra than some other hotels in Madrid but trust me it will be well worth it! You couldn't ask for a better location! You needn't use a taxi ATALL! The only downside i can think of was the cost of the food and drink at the hotel...but to be honest that is too be expected in a 5* hotel! I promise you will not be dissapointed!

Great modern style and a wonderful location, walking distance to everything. Rooftop bar and pool made returning to the hotel in the afternoon a nice treat!

“Urban - Fantastic Boutique Hotel”

Highly recommended! Location is perfect for exploring central Madrid, everything is in walking distance too. Service was impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. Rooms are well proportioned and light - try and get a duplex room if you can - then you're only 1 floor from the rooftop pool and bar. Great views across the city whilst sipping cocktails. You know you want to, so just book it and enjoy!

This hotel is fantastic in all ways Design,Staff & Location. The only criticism I had was TV reception was very poor and could not watch TV for 4 days I stayed.

“Very hip, chic hotel”

I was very impressed with the decor and ambience of this hotel. The room was smaller than I would have liked but it was large enough for European standards. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully done. The location of the hotel was perfect--very close to the museums and main tourist attractions.

We spent 3 nights in the Urban and would definitely recommend the hotel. Friendly staff , very clean , lovely breakfast and a very good location Thyssen- Bornemisza / Prado / Caixa Forum 5 mins away and a short walk to Chueca area. Rooftop pool too small to fully enjoy and chill ( we were unlucky with the weather though!) , but lovely views across the city.
