“Birthday suprise”
What a fantastic time we had at this hotel - the service (apart from the grumpy breaksfast waiter) was exceptional. We were there for my birthday and whilst there the hotel noticed this from the passport at checkin (didnt say anything to us) and then on my birthday delivered a bottle of cava and some lovely belgian chocolates and a letter with happy birthday greetings from the hotel... lovely
“Five Star Stay”
Here is a wonderful hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. My daughter and I stayed at the Palace Hotel August 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities. Service, room, bar, workout room, etc were great. Location to everything is perfect. I want to take the rest of my family back here. A great stay for the week and I almost always stay at five star hotels. Enjoy!
“could not have a better location”
You feel the ambiance of the hotel, soon as you step in. very friendly staff, beautiful lobby, the best dining hall, located across from Prado Museum. very impressed and will love to go back and stay there again.

Fully recommended. Great hotel, great location.

One of a kind
“A superb cultural location”
The hotel is well located to virtually all the main attractions. It is walking distance even to the Royal Palace. A few blocks to Puerto Del Sol, the hub of shopping and cafe life in Madrid. And right accross the road from the two most famous museums in Madrid. The area is quiet and beautiful, but also very close and convenient to all the fun attractions. The rooms are well appointed and the bed is especially comfortable. I truly loved my stay. The only problem was that there seems to be a shortage of staff that spoke english especially in the room service area. That resulted in serveral wrong orders however that is to be understood, english is not the native language. and this was in no way a detractor from the hotel or it's service.
“The best place to stay in Madrid”
The Westin has a perfect location and a very professional staff. The hotel is beautiful and the room was well-appointed.
“Best Hotel in Madrid”
Best Hotel in Madrid. Less formal than the Ritz and more relaxing than Urban. Great location as well.
“A grand tradition in the heart of Madrid!”
Excellent hotel, location and service!
